Would’ve been 5 stars however at the greeting at the bike rental we felt the lady was rude, wasn’t friendly and definitely not what we’ve experienced in New York with everyone being so upbeat and welcoming so far! Thank you for turning around our experience however with an amazing tour of Central Park

Loved the Segway tour. Such a fun way to explore the city. As a guide, Ilenia was fantastic. Patient and helpful while everyone in the group learnt the controls of the Segways, and then very knowledgeable while giving the tour. Ilenia‘s English was excellent and the use of a VR headset to allow us to visualise the historic sites was a surprise and a great use of technology. Five stars.
