I rented one of their nice road bike to compete in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. The staff was accommodating and helpful with setting up the bike for me to race with. Drop off afterwards was a quick process.

I used unlimited bikes through the triathlon I was competing in. This was my first triathlon, I did not know what kind of bike I would need so instead of purchasing a new bike, I rented one through unlimited biking. The price was right, they were set up right outside the bike check in area of the triathlon, they scanned the QR code from my rental order and gave me the bike I needed. They Los supplied the helmets. The staff were extreme friendly and answered all my questions. They were helpful with adjusting the bike and making sure I had a good ride for the race. I highly recommend unlimited biking and would use them again.

We had a tour with Marcus and Unlimited Biking on June 7. This was our first time in DC we thought the tour would give us an overview of all the highlights around the National Mall. And this was absolutely the case. We moved at a steady pace throughout the tour with time at each of the listed points of interest. Marcus had prepared material for each of the sites giving us a greater depth of understanding of the importance and meaning of each. For example, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial collects tributes that are left by people honouring the fallen and some of the examples Marcus shared were very moving. I should also mention we arrived a little late and the operation to get us equipped and on the road was slick. We would not hesitate to do this again if we get another chance to come to DC.

I should not have rented a bike for a week from this place. Other rental places have GPS on their bikes so if they get stolen they are likely to be recovered. One day into the rental my bike was stolen. I had to pay more than 250 euros. The combination of the lock was not at all hard to guess. Bad security on their end left me poorer. I signed a waiver which apparently contained the information about having to pay for the bike if it were stolen. I figured it was a standard safety-related waiver. For a week-long rental, go elsewhere.
