The boat crew was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun for our whole family. Our girls (6 and 4 years) had a blast “hunting” for turtles! Loved it and highly recommend!!

Wonderful for families with children
Was fabulous, so much fun! Saw so many turtles and colourful fish. 🐠 the guides were wonderful, could not ask for two nicer guys. Would highly recommend.

Bethany was an excellent tour guide. Very educational! Our 4th time to the island but our first tour. Lunch at Omar's on the beach was great and the museum tour was very interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

I waited several weeks after our trip, hoping Turks Tour Company would address our concerns, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. During our visit to Turks and Caicos, I booked a "glass bottom boat tour" for myself and my 14-year-old daughter directly through their website. I paid in advance and included a generous tip, expecting a memorable experience. On the day of the tour, we arrived as scheduled. The tour felt very abbreviated. While we did see a few turtles, some coral reefs, and fish, the experience felt rushed and underwhelming. Our group included a four-person family, a couple, and a six-person family with two young children. One of the tour guides spent a significant portion of the trip taking photos of guests who were interested. However, at the end of the tour, we were escorted off the boat without any opportunity to review or purchase these photos. The other guide did most of the talking during the tour pointing out various things of interest but it was difficult to hear since we were at the front of the boat. The only interaction was a request for a tip, which I had already provided in advance and now regret, given the subpar experience. Following the tour, I reached out to the company multiple times via email to inquire about the photos. Despite my efforts, I never received any images to review. Instead, I was promptly sent an invoice for $100 to purchase the photos, without any assurance of their quality or content. Overall, the experience felt overpriced and disappointing, especially considering the brief time on the water and lack of follow-up. I hope Turks Tour Company takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to enhance future customers' experiences.

10/10 goes to Mr. Dudley and Bethanee. Our group truly enjoyed this informative and engaging tour of Providenciales. Loved loved loved the Junkanoo museum tour. I loved learning the history of Junkanoo and the experience was immersive and beautiful. The lunch at Omar’s was very delicious and scenic, get the fish tacos you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. The boat was perfect for looking all around the water because it was not only clear on the bottom, it was clear all over. We could see in every direction. And there were lots and lots of turtles and different kinds of fish and fascinating coral formations. Our captain did a great job of steering in somewhat choppy waters and no one got seasick. This is a great tour for families, too. It was so much fun to hear the kids' delight whenever they spotted a turtle. And there was a photographer on board who took pictures of anyone who wanted their own photos. We saw Christmas cards taking shape! Overall, a delightful and fun time. Highly recommended.

A great way to learn more about TCI while having fun
This was a great way to see more of the island. Our guide Bethanee was very knowledgeable about TCI's history and culture and was very proud to tell us about it. She had a great sense of humor and lots of energy and kept things lively. We visited several different beaches and saw different parts of the island and then enjoyed a fine lunch on the beach at Omar's Beach Hut. A highlight was the visit to the Junkanoo Museum and the musical performance by Mr. Penn. What gorgeous costumes and creative instruments. The bus was cool and comfortable and there were plenty of ice cold beverages available. Our driver Mr. Dudley Bean navigated like an expert. We had a super time.

Had so much fun and the boat was really beautiful! We got rained out after being on board for 20 mins and they let us come back the next day, where we had perfect weather! All the kids had a great time, and we saw a lot of cool stuff. Relaxing, easy, fun experience, highly recommend. Captain Steven was the best!

Great experience! The guys were attentive to guest comfort, very aware of not disturbing the sea life, and determined to make sure we all had a great experience and a great show. Turtles, reef fish, several adventurous spiny lobsters, and the team made for a great outing.

The absolute perfect experience for an individual who wants to see the abundance of turtles and fish without getting wet. Excellent for children. The crew and boat were very welcoming and knowledgeable.
