On 24 September I reserved a tour in Buda area and send several emails regarding this tour. Only on 27 September, when it was not relevant anymore, agnes answered my message. Earlier today I wrote: Very bad company. No customer service. The company responded: This review does not reflect any real experience with our company. After a full check of our records, there is no booking, payment, message, or call from anyone under this name.... Sadly, this is a lie.
