Had an excellent afternoon with guides Dylan and Alejo super funny and found out some really cool facts about all the beautiful trees we zip lined through. Really easy as they do all the work for you, felt very safe throughout the whole thing. Thanks again guys you made our experience well worth it, will definitely be back for more 🤗

The canyon flyer experience was incredible. Thanks to Lily and Molly who were our outstanding tour leaders. Incredibly professional and friendly. They were a dream team and did an amazing job with our group. We had a very nervous group member and someone who had additional needs. They managed the situation with kindness and grace. Thanks for such a memorable experience. I also did the treetop challenge. Loved the course. Lots of fun yet challenging at times. Would definitely both activities. 😍

We had the best experience here, it was so much fun! We brought out 10 and 12 year old and they haven’t stopped talking about it. The booking, the check in and whole process was so smooth, ALL the staff were so lovely and friendly just a great environment!

I’ve taken my son to the juniors at least half a dozen times over the last few years. It’s great but you guys need to invest in some smaller helmets. The C.A.M.P. helmets you use fit very poorly on children aged 4-8 and your safety supervisors aren’t tightening the chin strap properly. I observed many kids today whose helmets were sitting so far back that their foreheads were fully exposed. ‘Suggest you take a look at a junior helmet made by Petzl, which a competitor of yours on the Sunshine Coast is using. ‘Cause the reality is, when the “big one” happens, your public liability insurer isn’t going to pay out.

What a fabulous day! The kids LOVED the TreeTop Junior courses and were natural tree dwellers by the end of the session. They are already asking to go back again as soon as possible. Can not recommend this activity enough for any little adventurers.

The little we got to do was great, but sadly they let a little child (with a course limited wrist band) on to the Intermediate course. As a result we spent 2 hours stuck on a 20 minute course. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The Junior Challenge is one of the best kids activities on the coast. The Green shirt staff are extraordinarily kind and patient. The 5 courses, all a graded levels of difficulty, are perfect for 10 years and under. Each course is interesting and unique. The forest location is gorgeous. We will be back! The step up in difficulty to the adult course is a steep one tthough ... and probably too difficult for many early teens to master without adult supervision.

The staff were warm & welcoming upon arrival, very polite, courteous & helpful with fitting the kids & myself with harnesses/ gear etc. Nice safety demo by an upbeat & positive safety instructor before getting on to the easier courses to start. The green shirt staff were amazing throughout the day with kids & adults alike, with "David" (sorry i couldn't pick your accent) being an exceptional example of how to positively & effectively communicate with people of all ages to make everyone's experience a safe, enjoyable challenge that will be remembered as an extremely positive experience, - fun for the kids, & worry free for us parents Well done to whoever is training or hiring the staff, your team is outstanding from the moment you walk in. We will definitely be going back, and enjoying this wonderful venue & the setvice of it's staff again.

It takes truly special people to bring comfort and confidence to others when they need it most, and that's exactly what you did. Your dedication, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and I can't thank you enough for everything you did. Molly and Lily, you are an incredible team, and I hope you know how much your hard work and compassion are appreciated. Thank you for making such a positive difference—you will always be remembered with gratitude. You made the Canyon Flyer (Zipline) truly an experience.

Very disappointing experience. We drove out specifically to bring our 5 year old son after seeing the sign at the entrance stating “Open every day during school holidays”. We arrived expecting to have a great family day out, only to find it closed. If your operating hours have changed, the signage needs to reflect that. Families plan their days around information like this, and it’s frustrating to waste time and make the trip for nothing. Hopefully this is fixed so other families don’t have the same experience. The attraction itself looks fantastic, but accurate information is just as important.

I enjoyed my third time on the Canyon Flyer. I have cerebral palsy. The staff are great and remember me. They assist me into my harness..On course, they assist me by walking behind me and help me navigate unsteady obstacles. They are comfortable wwuth my speech impairment and engage in conversations. They see my thrill for adventure and embrace it.

Sam and Ryder are the best! Course was peak. Even though our friend lost her phone, They drove us out and we found it at the lilypads. What fantastic staff!!! 10/10 experience
