This was my first time doing anything like this, and I had the best day ever! It was definitely challenging, but it was so much fun and incredibly rewarding to complete each course. The staff were so friendly, supportive, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back and do it all again!

As someone who generally doesn't like this kind of stuff, and doesn't really like ziplines and all that, I had a great experience. The ziplines are SO safe, it all is actually. At first, you'll probably be terrified, but by the end, you will feel so great. Great overall

Good experience, the area is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I'd say is that more staff need to be scattered around the course actively supervising as my daughter and I were stuck for over 10 minutes at two different parts of the course and were unable to get the attention of any staff member for assistance. Thank God other users were there to help.

Our visit to TreeTop Challenge Currumbin on July 23 left us with very mixed feelings. First of all, I want to thank all the staff who helped us before we entered the course. The staff at check-in, registration and harness fitting were all incredibly friendly, patient and professional. Even though our group arrived slightly late, they still did everything they could to make sure we had a great experience. The course itself was also fun and well designed. Unfortunately, one staff member working on the course (a young blond male with thinning hair, whose name I don’t know) completely changed our experience. Our group of four (all Asian) started together and were the last group in line. Behind us were three white women, followed by a mother wearing a hijab and her young son. At one obstacle I found difficult, I told the staff member, “This is so shaky.” He replied coldly, “Oh, yes.” He then asked me to wait on the platform without explaining why. A moment later he said, “It’s for traffic,” and allowed the three women behind us to go ahead of us. If changing the order is part of the operating procedure, that’s completely fine. However, we were never given any explanation beforehand or even a simple apology for changing our group’s order. We speak English perfectly well and would have understood. What made me uncomfortable was what happened afterwards. After letting the three women pass, he happily chatted with them, encouraged them through the next obstacle and complimented them on choosing one of the longer courses, while I was simply left standing there waiting with no idea when I could continue. Later, one of my friends became stuck about two-thirds of the way along a long flying fox because the trolley was not moving properly. She had almost no strength left and was desperately hanging on while another friend tried to help from the platform. She was left there for quite a while and ended up with long rope marks on her arm. The staff member did not notice the situation himself. It was only because the three women shouted, “She said she’s got no power,” that he came to rescue her. I’m very grateful to those women. Without them, I don’t know how much longer my friend would have been left hanging there. What disappointed me even more was that after rescuing her, he simply walked away. He never asked whether she was injured, whether she was okay to continue, or whether she wanted to leave the course. There was no follow-up or concern after what could have become a serious safety incident. Near the end of the course I was exhausted, while the little boy and his mother behind us still had plenty of energy. I told the staff member, “You can let them go first.” Both my friend and I are certain he heard and understood me, but without even looking at me he simply replied, “Oh, it’s fine. I’ll go now,” and walked away. By then there was apparently no longer any “traffic” issue. I cannot say what motivated his behaviour, but as Asian visitors, we left feeling that we were treated differently. The contrast between the way he interacted with us and the way he interacted with the three women was impossible to ignore. Whether this was poor customer service, inadequate training or unconscious bias, no guest should leave feeling ignored, unsupported and less worthy of attention. I also hope the park inspects its equipment more carefully. We noticed damaged rope fibres on parts of the course, and together with what happened on the flying fox, I believe maintenance and safety checks should be taken very seriously. This review is not about the entire team, because everyone else we met was wonderful. It is about one staff member whose attitude and handling of both customer service and safety significantly damaged what should have been an enjoyable experience. I sincerely hope the management reviews what happened and provides appropriate training or takes whatever action is necessary so future visitors are treated with equal respect and care.

Just finished my attempt at the Treetop challenge with my partner and it was everything I thought it would be and more! It was high, challenging but super satisfying. Special shout out to Fatimah!! She was so supportive, clear and had an amazing personality that made you feel like you could do anythin! And shoutout to Jake! He was so calm, and cruzie. He eased nervs and made you feel more confident. Not to mention Cooper! He was so chill and made you aware of everything in a relaxed and clear way. Thank you guys for making today better!!!
