Our 4 kids aged 11-17 absolutely loved this experience. All equipment supplied, all participants given comprehensive safety briefing. Friendly staff also helped the experience. My only critique would be to have a staff member demonstrate the first zip line and assist those who didn't quite make the platform. But that's only minor as staff handled numerous people at the beginning very efficiently whilst also giving encouragement to participants.

Kids had a blast zooming around and you can walk under the junior course to encourage or get some pics of them having fun. 5 junior courses kept them entertained the full 2 hour session. If they can reach 160cm or over there's 3 intermediate courses, or an additional course if they can reach over 180cm.

I'd advise not going on anything that's not beginner if you can't engage your core. Now we have the tip out of the way, the employees should consider fixing their toilets, restocking their drinks fridge in the lobby, and answering their phones.

This place deserves four stars if only looking at the facilities but only worth one for the extremely rude and mean staff. One of my kids got stuck and needed for assistance from the staffs. This guy said "it's a very stupid idea to do this. You guys shall never come back". We paid a fee for having fun and you are paid to let us feel fun, is it right? Ok we will never come back and we will tell everyone we know not to either, as well as leaving this review here to warn the public reconsidering if this place worth coming.

My brother and I bought the adrenaline pass and it was worth every cent, we spent the first half of our day being taken through 8 zip line locations on a beautiful tour of the forest, with two very down to earth guides who made every moment fun, Eden and Dylan were extremely knowledgeable and most importantly made the environment comfortable, even for someone like myself who is scared of heights and was terrified to go, I ended up letting out the odd “wooo” and even went no hands on the last one. Edens recommendation of the cafe food is also a solid choice with the Angus beef burger and turkey bagel g being absolute fire. The second half of our day was the adventure park high ropes course, every single instructor made the environment safe, and it is very much done at your own pace. Absolutely would go again, Treetop challenge make sure you have fun and make sure you feel safe.
