Will was a great tour guide and my family had a blast—even my 5 year old son! Will was very personable, told great stories for the duration of the tour, and helped us capture memories. He also answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable manner. We did the full day Rocky Mountain Tour on 02/23/2024 and it was well worth the money & time spent—however, we did under dress and I implore future sight seers to dress warm with multiple layers for mix of decent/chilly/windy weather at different times of the day. I do wish we had a little more time to spend at the Stanley Hotel (our first stop) to explore the building & grounds, but other than that, we had plenty of time to see and explore at each stop.

Long post!! Good day, I booked the 1/2 day tour about a several days before arriving to Denver. I kept checking to see if the number of attendees had changed and then the day before, I decided to call. I ended up sending an email and had also called back. When I checked the email response, the person mentioned that the phone # I had left was disconnected. I am not sure what happened there, but even if that was the case, my # was on my online registration. The trip was due to cancel because they didn't have enough people, but by the end of Monday, they had the 3 they needed to run it. That was communicated to me via text, which was great. Now, on the day of the tour, we were told to wait by the flagpole, it was extremely cold. I waited a few minutes, but as I was heading back into the building, I called the office contact and was told that an email was sent to meet inside. I never received that, but with only 3 people, why would you not at least text the riders to be sure they are aware. Alex was our guide, and it was supposed to be 5 hours according to the site. Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did the Red Rocks, Echo Lake and Idaho Springs since he said that he was not comfortable driving to Evergreen with how the roads may possibly be. The main roads were fairly clear, but for Echo Lake the ride up was work and not yet cleared, but he made it. We appreciated that. So, with us going to Idaho Springs instead of Evergreen, we were first only given 30 mins. But by the time we went to one store and to the ladies' room, our time was up! We asked for more time, which we agreed on 15 more mins. That was also fine. I did ask when we would be returning to Union Station and he said between 1:15-1:30. Well, we got back before 12:30. Another one of the ladies also agreed that she felt that we could have had more time somewhere or that another spot should have been added, even locally. Again, it states 5 hours, but when you add up the timeline they provide, it is only 4 and this is why I asked what time we were getting back. I cannot say I did not enjoy the experience and history he shared, but I felt like it would be more worth $60 at most for 4 or 5 hours, not $84.

We went on the Rocky Mountain and Estes Park All Day Tour from Denver. Our tour guy, Ben, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went the extra mile to assist us. The tour van was comfortable and clean. The route and stops were beautiful. Our only issue is that we spent a lot of time wandering around in Estes Park trying to locate a place to eat so there was no time for sightseeing. A lot of establishments were closed. A detailed list with operational hours and phone numbers would have been helpful. But overall it was a wonderful tour.
