Ein leckerer Abend mit Freunden
Unsere Streetfood-Tour hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben viele Ecken von Saigon gesehen, die wir sonst nicht kennengelernt hätten. Das Essen war super lecker und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, sich mit den Führern und den anderen Gästen zu unterhalten, es war wie ein Abend mit Freunden.

Wonderful!
We had such a wonderful time with Hieu! He showed us so many fun spots and was very knowledgeable about history and culture, and so fun to be around! We ate wonderful beef noodle soup made by the aunties, tasted so many exotic fruits, and explored the wet market full of interesting sights (and smells!). Plus so many cups of different kinds of coffee. What a great way to spend a morning! Thank you Hieu!

Unique tour
Such a wonderful tour and very different to most of the main stream tours in the area. The unique look at the back streets of District 3 was so amazing to see with my Wife and 2 children (11 and 9). We loved all the food tastings too. We highly recommend doing a tour with Spring and Hieu as it is one you will never forget.

fun, relaxed walking tour
A unique, fun experience! We loved this off-the-beaten-path tour. Spring and Hieu are very knowledgeable about the history and the area. Loved that we got to sample some food and coffee, and try living like a local for a bit. Friendly hosts, lots of learning, plus the chance to explore the market - made me even more excited to come back to Ho Chi Minh.

The best food tour in Vietnam
Hieu, you are amazing! I know I will look back at this experience as one of my favorite parts of my trip. Thank you for the amazing food, interesting knowledge, and comforting conversation. I greatly appreciate your well wishes and insights on the motorbike portion of my trip (: would recommend this is a must-do for anyone visiting Vietnam.

This is a great way to spend some hours wandering around less touristy areas. Lovely people, food, sights and experiences. Excellent way to see how the Vietnamese live and function as a community.

Amazing, memorable experience
What a gem! This was a bit of a splurge for us given the average price of Vietnam, and it was completely worth it. My German partner was especially skeptical, and he ended up loving it the most. I learned so much—things that you would never be able to find in a book. Everything we tried was spectacular. Interesting and well portioned. This would be top on my list to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh. 10/10.

Wonderful gems in Ho chi minh's everyday life
This tour pushed through even if it was rainy at the start. Spring was very mindful of the well being of the participants and provided raincoats for us. It was a fresh way of seeing everyday life in Vietnam and enjoying the simple things like eating auntie's home made recipe noodles , going to the market to taste the fruits! Walking along different kinds of streets, wide crossings and narrow alleys, they all have a story to share and most importantly a community that support each other. Spring was very informative yet knows how to adjust to the participants and can connect with them as well. Saigon can be busy and overwhelming, but with Spring's tour you might experience a different and wonderful side of places that are gems hidden in plain sight. ✨️

Eine super Tour mit super Reiseleitung. Ein entspannter und interessanter Start in den Tag. Viel Neues gelernt, gesehen und ausprobiert. Beste Tour in Saigon!!! Es wurde wirklich viel über das einheimische Leben erzählt und gezeigt. Sie haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen alles ausführlich zu erzählen und sind interessiert auf Fragen eingegangen.

Taste of HCMC as a local
Hieu was a great guide. We got to experience the calm side of HCMC walking through alleyways and having breakfast at a true locals spot. Hieu had good knowledge on the history of the places we went with a southern vietnamese perspective which isn’t always told.

Spring Host Spring is an amazing tour guide and the tour exceeded all expectations. It felt authentic and was a glimpse into daily life in the city. The food was delicious and the people we met were kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this tour and Spring as a tour guide.

Highly recommend for a unique experience in HCMC
highly recommend to people looking for a unique experience in a sea of millions of experiences offered by various tour groups in ho chi minh. this tour is already set apart from others for the fact that it is a morning walking tour - which piqued my interest since i also like walking, and it's done in the morning which i dont see offered a lot by other tours. the tour guides are easy going and are very well-informed of the city's history. there was little to no dull moment, i particularly liked how they included the wet market on their tour, it's always fascinating to see the typical morning of locals and to learn about their food. we also stopped by a fruit stall where we tried a bunch of fruits, a lot of them i'm surprised to find very tasty. a lady even gave me a parting gift - she gave me a piece of fruit i liked which i forgot the name - i associated it with an avocado since they have the same texture and taste but it's orange in color. overall i had a very nice time!

Perfect HCMC experience!
I had an amazing time! One of the tours you have to do when in HCMC. you do not only get to eat some delicious food, also you visit places off the beaten track and super interesting historical facts. I enjoyed every second!

A Beautifully Planned Local Food & History Experience
I joined the “Grandma Noodles, Coffee, Exotic Fruits & History” tour with Hieu, and it was such a lovely and personal experience. Hieu was incredibly knowledgeable and organized the entire morning beautifully. From the delicious Grandma noodles to the fruit tasting and local coffee, everything felt thoughtfully planned and full of heart. The pacing was perfect — lively but never rushed — and the timing made the experience feel authentic without heavy crowds. I especially loved walking through the alleyways and residential complexes while hearing stories about the city’s history and everyday life. We ended the morning at one of Saigon’s oldest coffee shops, watching coffee being brewed in the traditional way — the perfect finish to an amazing experience. Highly recommend this tour to any early riser who wants to see a more local, genuine side of Ho Chi Minh City. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes — and come hungry! 🍜☕🥭
