Our party is a younger group of travelers and I can confidently say this is the best cooking class I have ever taken. The experience is very hands on, authentic, and the food tastes amazing. I would come back to this excursion every time I visit Rome. Our host Alessandra was the best guide and super accommodating.

It was going well first until a small child kept cutting in the middle when our guid was speaking. I understand the way what a young kid acts, but as a tour guide, it is not fair to the rest of tourists if you kept answering the young kid when we were listening carefully. Fortunately the little one got tired and the tour was back to normal again.

Over all very fun.
April our tour guide was super sweet and really knowledgeable. I do wish there was a few more ghost like stories but the history was very intriguing to me!
