It was great to go to SeaWorld and see all of the beautiful aquatic animals. We saw dolphins, manatees, penguins, sharks, sawfish, alligators, turtles, jellyfish, manta rays, and many other types of fish. We saw a really cool Weedy Sea Dragon, as well as the bright pink Caribbean flamingos. We also enjoyed a brief dolphin keeper talk. We arrived later in the afternoon and it was really hot and humid. Soon afterwards, the weather turned into a rainstorm. So, we missed the evening dolphin show due to the weather. We do not ride the roller coasters. It was not pleasant, but we were okay. I would love more places to sit down. The park has very few places for people to sit and rest. Adding more benches would be a plus. The parking fee of $40 was unexpectedly pricey. It's not like you get more for your money for that price. Thank you!

This was one of the most disorganized theme park experiences I’ve ever had. We paid extra for Fast Passes, but instead of getting a wristband or something waterproof, they printed them on cheap receipt paper. At a water park, that makes absolutely no sense. The paper gets wet, wrinkles, and becomes difficult to use. Why are guests paying premium prices for something that isn’t even practical? To make matters worse, they don’t clearly explain that there are different levels of Fast Passes. We found out after arriving that some rides require a higher-tier Fast Pass, even though we thought we had already paid for one. The accessibility process was just as frustrating. If someone is already in a wheelchair, why do they have to go all the way to Guest Services to get a piece of paper proving they’re in a wheelchair before they’re allowed to use the wheel chair accessible entrance? It’s obvious they’re using a wheelchair! Making disabled guests travel across the park for unnecessary paperwork is ridiculous!!!!! The Beluga Whale Encounter was another example of how poorly organized everything is. We had to walk all the way across the park just to check in for our tour, only to be told to walk all the way back across the park to where the actual encounter takes place. Why isn’t the check-in located near the encounter itself? It wasted a lot of time and made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. On top of all that, many of the employees we interacted with came across as rude, unhelpful, or acted like guests were inconveniencing them by asking simple questions. Overall, SeaWorld Orlando feels extremely disorganized, poorly communicated, and not worth the prices they charge. There are so many small things that could be fixed to make the guest experience significantly better, but instead it feels like guests are expected to figure everything out on their own. I would not recommend visiting unless they make major improvements to how they operate…… the photo is what we are expected to use all day to prove it or fast past. Then they expect you to show your ID

Timing for shows are miss leading and employees are not familiar with shows timing and does not guide properly Food is very expensive and less quantity. Food is not allow in the park. Not much vegetarian options so they should allow outside food.

(Translated by Google) I wish I could get my money back. All the animal shows have to be paid for separately, and the fast-paced ride and unlimited food ticket is a rip-off! I'm never coming back. The rides are falling apart, and the lines are endless.

Great rides but queue times were highly inaccurate on the app. For the log flume it claimed to be a 5 minute queue and ended up waiting an hour.

Overall a good experience. I got the Quick Queue unlimited and have used it maybe two or three times. I'm a little disappointed that the Expedition wasn't included but I went ahead and ate the 45 minute wait and was the next batch to go in for them to say that the ride is malfunctioned. I asked if they could give us a queue pass because I wasn't going to sit there for another 45 minutes and they said no. That's pretty bad. I left and got lunch and then saw the Orca show which was exceptional. So far is the roller coasters are very enjoyable. I would not put the roller coasters anywhere near on par to Busch Gardens Williamsburg which blows this park out of the water, pardon the pun. But I will say this one does an exceptional job at showcasing their sea animals which Busch Gardens Williamsburg does not have. The food is about what you expect from any of the Busch Gardens parks. The Smokehouse is typically the best. The chicken that I got was pretty dry and the rice and beans had little flavor. I would suggest bringing in a few packets of your own kind of salsa if you want to Spruce it up. The burgers were likewise mediocre. It's theme park food. I would recommend getting the all day dining pass. I got mine 20% off for about $42. For reference, does the cost of one meal so if you eat more than one meal you're already paying for that pass. It's 1:45 and I've already downed two meals. The pass Lounge is worth every penny of having a platinum pass. It is heavily air-conditioned and plenty of seating and it is nice to have one of my food stops here and to charge my phone. I would recommend bringing your own phone charger, however, they do have some phone charging stations. The handlers are the superstars of this park. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and it comes across when you talk to any of the people giving information or the animal handlers.

Other than some of the rides my kids loved and seeing the whales and dolphins and penguins that I loved, this trip was nothing to write home about. The staff weren't helpful or knowledgeable about much of the park at all. It also wreaked of weed. The park shut down when lightning and rain started and we still have yet to receive any compensation for having to end our day there early. I contacted them and still nothing. If I could, I'd get my money back!!!! Don't waste your time here

It’s mostly what you expect. But EVERYTHING costs extra. Even lockers (most rides don’t let you just put your bag near the ride exit - for no other reason than making more money). The wait times for rides seem to be just any made up number - on some rides it said 20mins, we waited 60, on others it said 45 and we waited 5. Orca show was cancelled after everyone sat down in the arena and waited for 20mins because of a broken sensor. You would think they could have checked that before hand and cancelled/postponed it before everyone waited (and consumed food and drinks for an extra fee of course) Was it a fun day for the kids? Yes! Would be go again? Prob not.

The shows are amazing. I'm not sure how anyone is able to do both rides and shows in one day. However, since many of the height requirements are taller than both of my grandkids - who are seven and nine respectively- we focused primarily on the shows and animal experiences. The lines to the rides were quite long - if there is an express pass It would be very worth it.
