I visited in 2005 and again in 2008 and it’s not the place it used to be. The rides are great but the shows and experience of the animals doesn’t have any wow factor anymore. Perhaps it’s deflated since the tragedy in 2010. The ending show also didn’t blow us away like it did in the past. We had the all day dining and wanted to take advantage of it for drinks but to use it, you have to go to a restaurant and can’t get a drink in any of the smaller places that high was frustrating. And as always, the price these parks charge for parking is just absolutely shocking.

Literally the slowest moving bartenders I have ever encountered, it should not take 30+ minutes to do make 5 drinks. Stood in line for happy hour, got asked what I would like at 4:03 (happy hour ended at 4:00) lines for rides understandable. Lines for drinks when there is 4 people standing behind a bar is ridiculous

Poor customer service 😢 Was on the phone for over 3 hours for questions about my annual pass, selected the option of call back, they never did.

Pay to wait on line is the theme, website site is down so I can't even use my food pass. Waiting on line during hot weather with unsupervised kids cutting lines. That small joy of riding 5 minutes ride, but waiting on line for serval hours isn't worth it

Extremely disappointing experience at SeaWorld Orlando on July 18, 2026\. My family and I paid over $40 to park and had a pleasant interaction with the parking attendant\. We then walked all the way to the entrance only to find hundreds of guests standing outside because the park had reached capacity and was not allowing anyone else in\. The most frustrating part is that no one told us this before we paid for parking\. If the park knows it has stopped admitting guests, why continue collecting parking fees without warning people? A simple sign at the parking entrance or a notice from the parking attendants would have saved families time, money, and frustration\. We had young children with us and spent our time and money just to be turned away with no clear estimate of when, or if, we would be allowed inside\. Capacity limits happen, but charging guests for parking without informing them that the park is closed to additional admissions is poor customer service\. SeaWorld needs a better system to communicate capacity issues before guests pay to park\. Very disappointing experience\.

I want to start off this post with the fact I never liked Seaworld. They exploit and abuse their animals and I think it is completely and entirely immoral. I never thought I’d ever go to this place. However I was convinced to go since it was free for my group to go and she promised we wouldn’t be going to any of the animal attractions. Right when we got there we went to our first locker and it was broken so we went to another and although it wasn’t broken it was extremely hard to open. Any time we went to a locker station it was broken and other people were complaining about this as well. For one of the locker stations we had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come down to help open the lockers for everyone who was there waiting. Though this is expected at all amusement parks, the food was extremely overpriced. $20 for 3 little soft tacos is insane especially if you run out of chicken by 12pm. Another thing that that was weird was that you have to get a locker for every ride EXCEPT the rides where you need a locker. Why are you expected to keep your electronics and belongings on a ride you get completely soaked on? The Infinity Falls ride wasn’t regulated well at all, along with all of their other rides. The staff there need to let fast pass people and then regular people go right after eachother, not let the whole line get jumbled up and let people push everyone and 10 fast passers get on first. They also didn’t fill the ride with people, it was by group size so it went slower. I saw a single rider go on some and every other boat they would have, would be empty for some reason. Several people have talked about leaving early at this resort because of how many things went wrong with their visit as well. I heard other people complaining that some food stations didn’t have lemonade or even WATER Their Margarita machines kept breaking along with their rides, causing all of them to be 80/90 minute long waits. I have heard other people complain that their kids went in and then later on were stopped at the same ride for being “too short” even though they were just on At Disney or universal everyone is always smiling and talking but I didn’t see anyone smile here and everyone was mad and yelling at eachother because of the lines. This was all before 2pm and we only got to 2 rides. Safe to say that my group, along with other groups, all left before 2. If you are wondering why you have seen this exact post twice, it’s because I wanted to try and see if it’ll let me put 1 star without it deleting my post.

What an experience. ......no one knew how to do anything in the app or where ANYTHING was in the park, and the park isn't that big! The coasters were fun, but the park was dirty. We literally said thank you to 20 team members and didn't even get acknowledged. On top of that, their quick que system is horrible. 50 minute wait? Well take that down to a 40 minute wait with quick que at 30 dollars a pop. I'm glad I did it once to say Ive gone to the park. Not sure I will ever go back

The rides here blew me away! I never knew how many actual thrill rides they have. Like legit as good as rides at other parks that are only roller coasters. The animals were great. Plenty of stuff to do for a daily’s and kids. Feeding the sting rays was so fun.

The four of us went and had a wonderful time. The lines weren't ridiculously long. A couple of shows were cancelled, and the rides shut down because of weather, but that's expected this time of year. We had the all day dining plan and we just ate during those shut down times.
