Truly a terrible, TERRIBLE experience. Not worth the visit at all. We made the whole line just for them to say my child can’t ride because they aren’t tall enough (they used a card to measure him against the wall, instead of an actual stick) when on another ride with the same height requirement he was tall enough. They didn’t measure him at the entrance, and there was another checkpoint halfway through the line and they didn’t measure him there either. He was SEATED ON the ride and they took him off to measure him. That is such a WASTE OF OUR TIME and so disappointing to a child who was so excited to ride. He is tall enough and if they would have measured him correctly they would’ve seen that. Unorganized, no limit on the amount of people admitted, people cutting the lines. We had an excellent dining experience at Sharks Underwater Grill. We enjoyed the cheese pizza, macaroni and cheese, and fries. A very special thank you to Chef Milli for taking such great care of our family’s halal dietary requirements. She ensured that fresh fries were prepared in new oil and that clean, separate utensils were used instead of those that had been used for non-halal foods.
