After a weeklong trip visiting Universal and Epcot, it is hard not to view our time in Seaworld as underwhelming. That’s not to say we didn’t have great experiences. As always, the animal shows and aquariums were excellent, especially the dolphin and orca show. And the thrill of the Mako hypercoaster was unparalleled. However, our experience was otherwise lackluster. While we paid dramatically less to get in the door, it felt like we were getting nickeled and dimed for most of the day. Parking was $42 (universal/disney is 35) and ECVs were $135 (compared to 85 @epcot). Food was good, but you could wait 45-60 min for air conditioned locations. The main frustration was the inconsistency between the app and posted ride times. Sometimes literally a 90 min difference between the two. We would make an effort to walk across the park for shorter times to find out they were much longer. The inefficiencies on each ride’s loading and disembarking process were very obvious too. The Quick Queue times were often not much better than the 120 min wait times. Another concern was the lack of water fountain access. They were not marked well, or easy to find, and this combined with Florida heat, and lack of shade/air conditioning could have been a dangerous combination. The rider swap is a must do for families with small children, allowing you to take up to 6 with you back through the quick queue line.

There aren't enough employees to keep it clean. Wait lines extremely too long. The shows were very short. Very disappointing. Best part was the sesame Street parade. One restaurant ran out of ice for the drinks.

Just terrible.. came here with my 11 year old son for family vacation. Barley got the experience even after spending over $500 in the park. Every show kept getting cancelled or delayed into the starting of another show. OR you waited around all day on delays and don't actually get to experience the park... we got to do 3 rides and caught the last 5 minutes running around to each side of the park trying to catch shows or a ride (2 hour wait even if the app says 20 minutes.) then you're stuck in line missing everything else or waisting time. Then you got people skipping the line "acting" like their friends are at the front but low and behold a couple come a little after them scooting their way to the front with the first person. Then you got people jumping the fences/ gates to cut. Or one family member holding a spot for like 8+ people smh. Their should be staff in the lines waiting to catch this as well. Lastly.. the kept closing/opening journey to Atlantis we got in like a couple minutes before 6 when it said a 20 minute wait. I'm typing this now at 705. TERRIBLEEE most likely after waiting all this time going to have to give up yet again another spot for me and my son so we can make dinner reservations. My son is so disappointed and I'm so heartbroken. Something that was supposed to be an amazing experience turned HORRIBLE. So after waiting in this long long fast past people even while the ride was "closed" kept being let on. There's no system.. at least not a good one .

Me and my son had such an amazing experience, but there was a few hiccups that probably could've been avoided. I love how efficient the app is in the maps are to get around and that you can find food or drinks almost anywhere you turn. I do wish there was a better system with the lines for the rides. I know there is an option to buy the quick pass, but besides that and regular lines you'll have groups of people holding spots for other groups of people and you'll have a whole family just cut you and say they're going with their family. I feel like there should be a rule that if you rest of your party shows after you're already in line that you have to go back to where they are instead of letting them all cut. We were cut so many times I turned 20 minute rides until almost an hour. The wait times are not around the app or on the rides. We went to the 3 o'clock orchestra, and it kept saying that it wouldn't be a show, but it was gonna be delayed. Which was fine, but I ended up getting canceled last minute. We wasted almost 2 hours in there because we came early to have front row seat then we had dinner reservation so we ran to dinner and tried to make it back for the 5 o'clock. We ran and we got there as soon as it started, but we had no seats like the first time. It was a really sad experience for that part. That was one of the main reasons why we came, which messed up our whole itinerary after that causing us to miss the sea lion and the dolphin show but other than that, we did have a great time and hopefully we can return in the near future

I thought it was gonna be a great day it was not after we got our (RAP) paperwork done we were off to start our trip we stopped by manta got our time slot and we started walking around and it was vary hot so we stop took a break as a person in our group was getting over heated cooled off and went back to manta after a game plan because not all in our party was riding got stuff put up walked onto the ride took longer ride was having problems then they got it working again then the person from earlier got to hot asked to get out of line as he was gonna be sick. I thought he was going to the trash can so when they sent the ride to test it I could see he was so I asked if I could get off to check on him they told me no that I had to go around I couldn't fine my way down and back up in time to fine him spent an 45 minutes looking for him then a storm came so we never got on a ride we got cups and tickets and parking and we left because it was a bad storm going on now and all ride were closed wouldn't refund the 40 something for parking but would give me a rainy day ticket like no I dont wanna come back to a park that wouldn't let me go check on the welfare on someone in my party
