Was very busy. Wait times were long. We still had a good time. Could use some additional shade areas similar to what they installed at Busch Gardens Tampa. Food we had was good and not too expensive. Would like to go back midweek and see the difference.

Great park! Do yourself a favor and order your tickets from the app instead of the kiosk or ticket booth. We saved $60 per ticket when we got there. Also get the all day dining plan. It’s definitely worth it!

The only reason we come to this park is we get in free! Otherwise there is no way I’d spend money to get in. Only ride we wanted to ride was Infinity Falls (river rapids). We got out of line once due to weather. Came back a couple hours later—broke down once, came back online for maybe 10 minutes, and went out again for the rest of day. But at that point we’d been waiting in line an hour and a half and they didn’t make the announcement until quite awhile after the second breakdown that we all had to get out of line. For our trouble, they were giving out quick que passes BUT they ran out before they got to us. Like really you don’t come better prepared than a handful of quick que passes? The animals are nice but overall it’s a pretty disappointing experience coming to this park. And why do they charge money to ride the observation tower still?!?!
