Worse experience at a theme park I have ever been too. In fact I will probably never go to a theme park again. Bought tickets online in advance went on a Wednesday about a hour after they opened. It was not extremely busy then but within a hour it was packed. My family first went to pipeline being first rollercoaster that we came across. The sign said it was 20 min wait time. We stood in line for about 1 hour finally got on the ride then got kicked off due to issues with it. They then said we had to leave because they didn't know how long it would be down. Meanwhile my shoes were on the platform and they said I had to walk all the way around to the exit and wait to get them. They never even offered a front of line pass for when the ride got fixed not even a bottle of water. So basically wasted 2 hours for 1 ride to never get to ride it. Also bought 2 20oz minute made lemonade and 2 hot dogs and it was 38$. Bought 2 refill able collecter cups for free refills all day just to be filled up with warm water from restaurants in the park. So all in all with tickets and parking my family of 4 spent 500$ just to ride 1 rollercoaster cuz the lines were so long. This place is the biggest scam of all them parks. The only plus side was the orca show.

I have been to a lot of parks but NEVER have been to one that’s so difficult to navigate. The signage in that place is a disgrace. You need a masters degree to figure out where you’re at and where you need to get to. Tremendously disappointed to have to deal with for that price to get in. NEVER AGAIN!!

does not live up to its name😭, there’s like 3 animal exhibits and 4 rides, everything else is just food. the orca needs a bigger tank, it was stressed and banging its head on the walls.

General parking costs $44, tickets cost $60, and to see the nighttime show, you also have to purchase day tickets. Why do we need to purchase day tickets if we only plan to be here at night

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. Every employee seems specifically trained to.make your experience become progressively more miserable. We had an annual pass but it's gotten so bad that we have canceled it and don't plan on ever returning. I'd say SeaWorld is the Walmart of theme parks but that is honestly an insult to Walmart.

Lots of broken roller coasters. Have to pay for lockers all day. 80 minute waits for most rides. Almost everything is an add on with extra pricing. Rides run half empty cause the workers don't care. Also unfortunately dirty bathrooms. Go elsewhere.

This park makes too much money for the rides to be breaking down. From the kiddie rides to the roller coasters, they were breaking down. Our group was stuck in the air on the standing roller coaster facing the ground. Never again! Too much walking, not enough amusement. I’ve had a better experience at Six Flags. The Mime man was lame. And the acting from the actors at the Sea Lions show was HORRIBLE. They need acting skills. It’s definitely overhyped.

A simple smile or a friendly attitude would go a long way. The employees seemed like they'd rather walk into the Shark Tank. Creating a more welcoming atmosphere would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Really nice theme park to visit. The shows with live animals are currently more explanationary than they were in the past. The water attractions have a lot of malfunctions during our visit. The waiting time of the attractions are only displayed at the entrance of the que. It could be useful to display the waiting times at certain places in the park on a matrix display and not only in the app.

Had a great time! It rained and we still got to have a blast with all the different exhibits. They have AC in the exhibits and it really makes the experience much easier on a hot summer day in Florida.

Enjoyed the day with the combo of rides and orca/dolphin/shark shows. Got family with 10/14 year olds it is one of the best parks. Meal plan works but I would say too much food so family of 4 can make 3 plans work easily. Also like the discreet bars for adults. Place could do with some facelift as getting old but solid park
