COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! The people are rude, ratchet, food isn't that great, if they spot lightening 100 miles away they'll shut down everything in the park and won't reimburse you. We visited today and we dont live in Florida and our time was completely wasted and as we all know, time is very valuable these days. Our food pass was a waste because we couldn't really get to use it. The whale show was terrible and the advertising hype isn't worth it, the dolphin show was a teaser and lasted for about 5 minutes it seemed and they offered us to come back in 7 days, again WE DONT LIVE IN FLORIDA, so you really expect us to travel back after the BS we experienced today? Absolutely not. We paid for our family of 8 to attend with us and it was a complete let down. Should've just invested the money for more days at universal studios smh. The park bathrooms are disgusting, not clean at all. Kids throwing trash everywhere, people smoking, and fussing just straight garbage! I can't believe we wasted a full day at this place! I just want to be refunded for this day because we rode on 0 rides. Our daughter was boohoo crying because she was looking forward to many things in sesame street land but that was shut down forever. I mean I can go on and on forever about this experience if it'll help other rethink their decision for planning a trip here. Just don't.

An employee at Waterway Grill took my phone out of my hand without asking while I was using the All-Day Dining plan. * A cashier at a gift shop pointed at the payment terminal instead of speaking to my daughter and me. * At the boba stand, there was little or no verbal interaction before payment. By themselves, these incidents may seem small. But after spending hundreds of dollars on admission, parking, food, souvenirs, and add-ons like Quick Queue or other upgrades, they add up quickly. The commination between staff and guests is poor have to say. Meals are fantastic 10 times better than Disney, disability access is fantastic and alot more accommodating than Disney has. Fantastic park overall cleanliness and commination is my only complaint.

At least the kids loved it. We went using our annual passes and we were unaware that you're only allowed the quick queue after 5:00 and it does not include the top three rides. We decided to buy four quick q passes because we were not going to wait until 5:00 and unaware that it did not include the penguin Trek ride. When you spend hundreds of dollars for your annual passes, we weren't expecting to spend hundreds of dollars every visit. Our fault. I gave it a third star because the kids loved it, but our pocketbooks did not.

Really good park. The animals seem to be well cared for. The only ones The seemed too confined were the fish in the aquarium area... it seemed to be a lot of fish and jellyfish in a small area. But maybe at night they let them out the tiny window.
