Really disappointed with the park. I wanted to like it but it's just not well run. The park itself has a lot of potential. However the staff are not motivated to provide a level of service, it is disorganized compared to Disney or universal (lines for rides are chaotic as there is no one to organise riders, same goes for food halls). The park nickle and dimes for many items ($7.00 for a small bag of chips anyone? Disney prices aren't that exorbitant), at the same time tries to upsell for "experiences". No wait time indicators for rides in the app, the wait time indicators in the lines are not accurate either, so go old school and ask the lines people for the most accurate wait times. There needs to be a big overhaul of the services at this park if they expect to turn the corner or the downward spiral will continue.

I did not like the park. Unfortunately it gets compared with other brands but the place is old, the service is bad overall just excluding a few employees, but the concetions employees in general are rude and don't care... Everything is super expensive, a soda is $22 with refills but we could refill only once or twice because we couldn't find fountains anywhere... Food is ok, but also very expensive. We were thinking about getting annual passes but it's not worth it.
