This ain't it, after going to Universal and Disney this park offers far less and still has the same high prices as the others. First off, Parking was $35 for general or premium was $70. Not worth it to get premium you're only saving 5 minutes of walking. The staff was horrible, most of the time their faces are glued to their phones while we're walking past the games and food stands. I didn't see that at Disney or Universal. Roller coasters were just ok, however the staff doesn't handle the lines at the rides, you have to maneuver in line because there's no one there to tell you what lane to get in. I can see this being a problem with causing arguments between guest because we seen a few rude kids cut in line on others and on us several times. We spent extra for the quick queue not knowing any better and we didn't even need it. The lines were like 5-10 min wait for all of them, so I wasted $350 total for 3 of us. The food is expensive so be prepared. We got the all day dining and we used it twice each time was like $80 so we lost money there too because I paid $180 for that. We don't eat much so if you have a family that eats like big backs then maybe go for the all day dining pass. We did get some ice cream at EDYs, it's mandatory 2 scoops for $13, so $39 total for 3 of us, ouch. We made ourselves finish the 2 scoops so now we're big the backs. We've decided we won't be back at this park never again after forking over $800 total, we feel it wasn't worth the price vs quality of service.

Although the park is nice, it will be impossible to go on the attractions without storing all your bags (regardless of their size) in a locker. Paying for entry does not grant access to all attractions without an additional fee for the locker, which is quite expensive… One wonders why the entrance fee is so high if you still have to pay extra to enjoy the rides.

We have enjoyed the Orca and dolphin shows. I am aware and understanding that staffing is an issue, but disappointed with security personnel for not willing to help us with car jumping. Our rental car didn’t start because of low battery. He told me to call AAA , that is not convenient for families with kids. For what we pay your staff needs to support your customers. Overall our kids enjoyed SeaWorld.

Try to get there like 30 minutes before they open, the line starts even before they open to check in and it’s a long wait. And the all day dinning pass is worth it if you have a big family but not all restaurants accept the all day dinning pass and it’s ever 90 minutes

Horrible experience the worse theme park Orlando has by far I will never ever spend money going to this park the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had the shark restaurant has the worse employees working there they made us feel low class I had a child with disability and was trying to show him a good time it was sooo sad this was the park we picked for our spring break we asked an employee for help how to get to an attraction and we were told he is on break and is hungry while holding his lunch he was no help never again would I spend money on this park

Such a fun day! Wonderful park. Very well kept. All of the roller coasters were superior to what I had in mind sea world would have. They were large, thrilling and so much fun! The park was very clean and the animals looked in great condition. The all day dining plan was worth every cent paid it paid for itself in two meals. This is sea world, you will get wet keep that in mind.
