Our trip to SeaWorld was absolutely unforgettable! My kids had the time of their lives exploring the park, seeing incredible marine animals up close, and experiencing the thrilling rides. They were amazed by the dolphin and orca shows, laughing and cheering the whole time. Feeding the sea lions and watching the penguins waddle around was a highlight! The Sesame Street area was perfect for younger ones, and the roller coasters kept the older kids entertained. From start to finish, it was a day filled with excitement, learning, and nonstop fun. We can’t wait to go back for another adventure!

We are literally here on our make a wish with our daughter, and it seemed like they flipped the script on us. Not allowing in the lighting lanes or telling us we need to go to guest services to talk about the make a wish again after already doing that. My kid only got to ride one ride the entire 4 hours we were there. Awful experience I would have given them a negative - 0 if I could have. We are definitely taking it up with the Make a Wish Foundation and highly recommend that if you're going to do this, just be warned they will change everything up on your family as the day progresses

Came here with a friend while in town for a conference. We really enjoyed the Animal and Coral Rescue areas, as well as the live animals generally. The shows were impressive. The roller coasters were great looking - much more so than other parks in the area - but we didn't make it to any of those. The food at this park needs an upgrade and so they lose one star because of that. At least they've got variety. The pizza, slushee, and salad were all pretty good. The samosas strangely came with hummus. And the tiramisu was downright bad. Of course, it was all expensive.

This was our second trip to SeaWorld and for sure the last one. We spent for two persons with all day dining a little bit more than 500$ Well wasted money. The park experienced multiple power outages in 3 very busy areas. The most roller coaster were not working. The park is going far over capacity with the result of extreme waiting times for the remaining rides. The staff from the park has changed in a not good way. Very rude and disrespectful. Olympus water ride is still not working- since over 5 years. When it comes to prices they reached a level of insanity. We decided against our plans to leave the park earlier with a stop at customer service. Our complaints could not find a listening ear. Just the opposite. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from the supervisor and manager. No apologies from their side. We are a group of 4 seniors. 3 of us using a wheelchair.

Never go to SeaWorld- the customer service is awful. They are money hungry and will nickel and dime you for everything. Never buy one of their ticket sales or tickets ahead of time because they will not refund any purchases. They won’t even let you push the date further back if you had a family emergency, because their pricing is “dynamic”. Any company that has “dynamic” pricing and uses it as an excuse to steal money from customers and never deliver the service paid for, should be boycotted. I hope SeaWorld goes out of business.

Went to Seven Seas food festival and was quite disappointed. Most opened at 11:30 which ok fine. The downside is that even when they did open they were not fully prepared. No fish & chips at the North Atlantic. No corn in Mexico and only 1 of the 2 drink options available. They only had one kabob available in Jamaica. I won’t say it was all disappointing because the jerk chicken in Jamaica was excellent. As was the taco in Mexico. Also, we didn’t attend the park for rides so the shows were pretty great. I will be back of course but for the food festivals, I say do better Sea World.

It was great. Paid for the all day meal pass and that worked perfectly. The rides were awesome. Please note if you have back problems, dont jump on the rides. You can enjoy yourself without going on all the rides too. The shows were great. Didn't get to see one of the show but will definitely return and go see it. Its worth every dollar. Oh and if you are going often, just get season pass.
