Over priced. We paid $40 just for general parking. There are no shuttles. Depending when you get there its a very long walk to the park. The parking lot is not marked with row numbers. Hope you remember where you parked. As with any tourist attraction everything is over priced. $20 for a hamburger! Was disappointed.

We had a terrible experience at this place and would give it zero stars. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that all rides were closed due to inclement weather. Multiple Seaworld employees assured us that we could receive a refund once we spoke with customer service. After an hour, the rides were still down. Later, they closed all the indoor activities because of the weather, leaving us with no choice but to wait for customer service to process a refund. We endured a two-hour wait in the rain, only to be informed that they couldn’t provide a refund but could offer us more tickets that could be used within a year. Why would we return? Disney demonstrates far greater love and support for its customers, and Sea World needs to emulate that. Despite our continued wait, which extended until the park and rides closed, we were left disappointed. The customer service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like every employee had a different story to tell when dealing with different situations. It’s not worth the hassle. Spend your money at Disney! Who do I speak with to get our money back? We didn’t travel to lose money, we traveled to have a good time, and Sea world wasted our time.

Honestly needs an upgrade. The animals are kept in clean areas which is great. The signage could be improved. Getting around was confusing and the APP helped marginally. It will drop your location. This Also needs improvement. The Food was just ok. At the prices of the food ...do the All day dining. Its worth it. Sail cloths placed around the place would be nice for inclement weather or be prepared to get soaked. A tram would be great. Again it needs updating.
