We had an altercation. Went on our honeymoon, our hotel check in wasn't until 4 of course so we went to sea world to pass the day away. it was July, it was hot, we just came from Indiana and we're wearing Jean pants. we wanted to ride the water ride but i was told i couldn't have my purse so we had to exit the park to find a locker to put our stuff in, but once reentering the park they told my husband he couldn't have his chain on his wallet even tho he had already had it in there all day with him. So my husband just threw it in the trash instead of us exiting again and standing in line to come back. We had a bird take a fish out of our hands that we were feeding the seals and the worked yelled at US as if there was anything we could do to prevent a bird flying down and taking something from our hands. The lines were long for any ride so we only rode 1 ride all day before leaving. The penguin room was thankfully cold , the workers had carhartt coats and overalls on. Sadly we didn't get to see the whales which is one of the main reasons we went, but we couldn't find the area they were in before leaving.

Several rides and attractions were closed. We bought the All Day Dine-In plan. Site says eat up until 30 min before park closes. Most reastraunts closed an hour 15 min before park closed. The ones open were packed with only a couple selection on the menu.

It’s a Monday here. Most workers kind of look at you dazed like you might be speaking ufo. The hours posted via the website are not correct. April 2025. And Chik-fil-A does NOT DO MEALS. A crispy chicken sandwich was almost 17$. Just your average chik-fil-a sandwich. And they do not tell you this. Just a heads up😉 so this is a duel review 😂

2 stars because the shows are still amazing… but everything else? Disappointing. I am a born and raised central florida native but hadn’t been to Sea World in over a decade. I am a theme park freak and have always loved spending a full day at any of the parks. A group of 6 of us went for my baby sisters birthday. And we were absolutely shocked by the price gouging, customer service and cleanliness. $40 just to park, $15 for a small ice cream. They dont take cash anywhere, but charge a service fee on every credit card purchase?? Inside and outside of all of the bathrooms smelt like urine, the water fountains were filthy, exhibits lacking refurbishment. Two of the animal exhibits and Atlantis were closed during our visit, but no way of knowing until you are literally at the entry. The staff are obviously jaded from customer complaints, they hardly acknowledge you and talk amongst themselves; there were only two attraction attendees that were friendly out of every employee we encountered in our 7 hour visit. It was honestly sad to see. After all of the backlash Sea World has received over the years - the people that do still support them, and care about keeping them in business, are absolutely being taken advantage of and disrespected. Please get it together. The existence of this park is essential and I do not want to see it wither away.

A very pleasant surprise. Was not overly crowded like Disney. A place where my grand children could learn and have fun at the same time. All the aquariums where spectacular! Penguins were very interesting. The orca and sea lion shows were magnificent.

Los of fun! Not that suitable for younger kids but still nice. The splash pad was the best part for the toddlers. We lives the shows as well!
