I have spoiled myself for years going here. I love to learn about sea life and I love the Orlando location. SeaWorld offers a well-rounded experience for both animal lovers and thrill-seekers. I’m not one to normally write reviews, but after today, I thought I’d save some families some time. Did we have a terrible time? No. Was it worth the almost $1,000 we spent there today with two adults and 4 children under 10? Again, no. To start, we got in to the park and the first thing our kids wanted to do was the Penguin Trek and see the penguins. We went there and we were told that there was a 2 and a half hour wait and the sign that said “only 5 minute wait” was broken. The folks behind us were told a 2 hour wait so how that changed, I don’t know. We couldn’t even go in to just see the penguins because the exhibit was closed. We went back an additional time today and it was still closed. Every ride had over 45 minutes to an hour wait at all times and it was Thursday. The only rides that weren’t a huge wait were the Sesame Street land rides which my crew was happy about. My older kids were very disappointed that we only got to ride two “bigger” rides “Mako” and the raft ride out of the whole day and we got there when they opened. It’s not advertised that the beluga whales, seals, and walrus animals exhibits are closed. The only thing their website says is that a new ride is being built at that area. I had a very disappointed little boy who was looking forward to seeing the belugas and I finally had to ask a not friendly worker what the deal was. They said “it goes without saying that those animals are off exhibit.” Then walked away. To cap off our day, we had amped up the beautiful orca show all day. The only show we got to see was three orcas fighting for 20 minutes and thrashing around in the front pool only for them to cancel the show. Food was generic. Nothing to write home about. Even the 7 seas food celebration food was meh. Spend the extra money and go to Disneyworld where the map is better laid out and the food is better and their interactive app actually gives useful info.

Nice spending time with family last month. Nice looking around for first time and seeing the dolphins and penguins. My bro in law and i, had to go to the bag check line and get separated from my sister and nephew. She had to go to the stroller line. Then we met up after we got in. Didnt get a chance to see many shows. Invidual Parking should have been better organized I think. Rides were fun, but not for faint of heart and can make your head hurt after some of them. One of them the Peguin ride is great first starter i think. It just might smell fishy and you have to go through the cold penguin exhibit after on the way out. Rides seem long, but you go through them fast. Some wait times wasn't accurate. Liked seeing the pictures of yourselves after some rides. Shops were nice but most were small for wheel chairs to go into. Not many benches with shade to sit on. So everybody just sits around the trees. Which I didn't mind. Sesame street place for lil kids is great. Just the bathrooms are small. They do have vending machines if you need sunscreen and few baby stuff. Get the free refill drinks helps alot however we had issues with are souvenir refill drink as it would spit out if you put the cap on too tight. But it still helps. Some people that work there are nice n helpful and some like some food stands they look and act like they don't want to be there or tired or does bare minimum or dont have the training to help customers. We went to the voyagers restaurant. My bro in law. Online paid around 100. Thought it be faster to order online. Waited an 45 min. Asked cashier she showed us where the pick up was. It was near an empty not in use kitchen area. So we asked again and it was hard to hear them. But they checked. A gentleman behind the food helped us. Gave us wrong drinks. I really didn't understand what the issue was. By time we got our food it was unedible. Dry cold salmon with berries, blue cheese salads with ceaser dressing what they gave us. And fries with tough cold ribs. Was not was we expected for price. But were so hungry we ate few bites n left. Experience was not the best but greatful to experience and be there with my family. As this was my first time out to a theme park in a long time. Idk if I'll go again. It was just ok.

Had a great day. Only minor gripe was that the park was fairly quiet and most rides were running just one car. With a couple of cars on some queues would have been awesome.
