Very hard to maneuver thru the park as the map is useless. Most of the employees give bad directions or do not speak English well. The restaurant employee could not ring up our food order without looking at it several times and no receipts so I could not check the charge. No sauce for the chicken and got very rude when I asked for some and they never brought any out. Just a very disappointing day. Never again.

I’m writing this to share an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience my family and I had at SeaWorld on April 12, 2025. We spent over $500 on tickets, a Dolphin Encounter upgrade, and Preferred Parking — which we weren’t even able to use because the lot was already full. We left the park after less than three hours due to a disturbing incident during the Dolphin Encounter. My husband, daughter, and I were placed in a group with four adults who were screaming profanities at the top of their lungs, acting aggressively, and making everyone around them visibly uncomfortable. Their behavior was so extreme that security had to intervene and physically separate us from them for our safety. My daughter was so shaken she didn’t want to remain in the park, and we made the decision to leave immediately. I reported the incident to a Guest Services Supervisor named Robert, who wore a badge indicating 20 years of service. Instead of showing any real concern, he dismissed the situation by saying SeaWorld “can’t control the behavior of guests.” To make matters worse, he made an offensive and prejudiced remark about my New Jersey accent, saying “New Jersey is the profanity capital of the world,” as if to excuse the group’s outrageous behavior and dismiss how it impacted my family. His response was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. While I was refunded for the Dolphin Encounter, nothing was done to make up for the fact that our entire day was ruined. The restrooms I visited didn’t have soap, the park was severely overcrowded, and the Preferred Parking we paid for was unavailable. I am certain that if this had happened at Disney World, those adult guests would have been removed from the park immediately — and I would have been offered a full refund without even having to ask. SeaWorld failed to uphold even the most basic standards of guest safety and service. My family left feeling shaken, disappointed, and completely let down. I will never return — and I strongly encourage other families to think twice before visiting.

Super fun was the best day ever as we got soaked in water rides and saw penguins. Any way some of the rides were not working as the Atlantis ride was not working. Small wait times for rides 20-1h. Would recommend but do get tired fast loved it.Tickets for one year at time of buying were 100$ FOR A HOLE YEAR!!! Best deals just a fun experience for family and all.

Awesome rides, Animal encounters are excellent. The staff, especially at guest services are the absolute worst. After speaking with the supervisor I can see why they treat there customers so bad, they are trained by their leadership to behave that way. You'll have a great time as long as you don't have to engage with anyone that wears a seaworld shirt if you do..... Good luck

Seaworld is always a hit and thankfully on this trip it was Burundi g up outside. I highly recommend buying the food plan, as it ends up saving money. You can eat and get a drink every 90 minutes and all of seaworld is Latex Free! I love that Seaworld is kept so nice and clean, it makes the park so much more enjoyable when walking around. After walking around and visiting some of the animals we were ready for a break and took in the dolphin show. It was so entertaining and the dolphins so adorable! You can tell they enjoy performing as they always have a smile on their faces. Seaworld has some fantastic roller coaster that are kept in amazing repair and are nice and smooth for the all the thrill ride seekers! And they the new standup surf Pipeline coaster was everything and more. I hope theme parks start doing more standup rides!
