You get one star-one-only because my kid actually enjoyed the dolphins and the orcas. When you get to the gate to come in and park the rip off starts-they want you to pay almost 100 just for preferred parking. A hot dog did you say $15 just for a Nathan’s hot dog. Almost $10 for a bottled water-they don’t tell you that animal encounters start at $100 this is for the smaller animals-if your kids not 15 you have to pay full price just so you can do the exhibit with the kid-this place is a rip off just like Disney, just like any other.

Overall crowded but not bad. Enjoyed the shows here and the scenery. Didn't do the rides it qas a lot to do and see but thats seaworld for you. Recommend planning and making a day of it. Have sunscreen and water bc it was a nice day but with all the walking it will get a lil rough. The rides did look fun but passed this time around. And buy tickets in advance.

Unfortunately, SeaWorld is turning into among the worst of theme parks in the country! Dirty restrooms without toilet paper. Broken equipment. Ridiculous lines at customer service when only they can actually solve any problems. I have been a dedicated Premium passholder for years... until I cancel my pass today. There's no reason to have a pass if you can't actually use any of your perks because you can't print out any of the tickets to take advantage of them due to broken equipment. I am disappointed to write this review, because I know SeaWorld does a lot of really good work for marine life, but they've been going downhill for a while and they need to get it together.

Great visit as always. Getting a little ran down compared to other theme parks that you visit during a holiday and also the staff don’t seem happy to be there. Apart from that queue times were great in week day, shows amazing as always with plenty of space even just before the show starts and good for kids.

This place is a joke! I first it doesn't make any sense the annual pass is cheaper then the daily one, after waiting in the ticket line for 2 hrs we finally get in and after walking a half hour to the dolphin show it's full capacity and so was the whale show! So after spending $1200 on tickets and water and walking for 3 hrs with children we didn't see anything or get to do any rides! And they won't refund any money!!@!!!!!!!!!!!
