Got there around 2pm and walked right in. For it being Easter Sunday, was not expecting to walk right onto rides. Food is great and the kids love all the sea animals. Sea lions are loud and funny and the seals were active and doing tricks for fish today. Got lots of claps and waving "hello/ I'm over here".

Loved this park! Great shows and exhibits. The rides were also great but we didn't ride many. Sesame Place Land was fun but much smaller than expected, however they have the parade like original Sesame Place. You need to see the Orca Encounter and Sea Lion show and visit the penguins, they were awesome! The food venues and service was the worst part. Ridiculously long lines, slow and rude workers, insane food prices, and not enough seating. Great place for the whole family!! Get there before they open for good parking and ride your fave rides first.

I love going here to feed the animals and watch the Beluga Whale. Plenty of entertainment throughout the entire park.

Pre-purchased tickets did not expedite entry to SeaWorld; we experienced a one-hour wait due to inefficient processing. Customer service was inadequate. Furthermore, restroom facilities were unsanitary and many were non-functional. The fast pass proved to be a poor investment, offering limited utility on popular attractions.

Hi to the management of this park what happened.i visited Saturday and was totally let down I was very disappointed in the park.all the rides I wanted to ride were down for maintenance I. Only found one I could Ride the only highlight of the day was the penguins and dolphins that was about it.anyone coming here don't be surprised by higher than normal prices it cost for standard parking 42 bucks.and like in other reviews your staff was very rude disrespectful not a help at all they need training in how to respect the people coming to the park.from the gate to customer service and especially the restaurant no one seemed to care.this is one park I will never return to or ever recommend you to anyone.its so sad to see a park like this sprillinng out of control.to.msmgement you need to take a good hard look before it's to late no one there seems to care.

Great park. Lots of things to see. The dolphin and sea lion shows were great. Oral show was closed 15 mins prior to 3:30 show due to full capacity. Make sure you come a little sooner. All day did pass is definitely worth it. BBQ place was the most delicious. The little water park and playground next to it was awesome for my kids. We really appreciated the nursery/ quiet baby station! I would give 10 starts for that. Thank you for thinking of that. Lots of walking- make sure you have your most comfortable shoes on!

Been to many amusement parks $40-60 to park food expensive drinks are 16-20 but free refills every 90 mins every ride either was closed or kept braking down the only reason I don't give this 0 stars is because the world class animal shows are fun and fast pased but good luck trying to push a wheelchair serious hills everywhere especially for the shows they are in amphitheaters so 100ft-300ft of steep uphill pushing then a death defying walk down steep hill to leave shows with wheel chair

I am an annual pass holder. I purchased tickets to rollercoasters after dark for my son and I. We got to the park a half hour before closing to find out the event had been canceled. No notice was given. We drove an hour for nothing.

I did not enjoy this place and felt ripped off in every aspect which is a real shame as there is plenty to see and it could be so good. You have to pay extra for almost everything. Its impossible to get from one event to the next in time to see them They sell an all day dining experience but you can only use it in a few places and a selected meals and restricted times. Even then they have run out when you finally get through all the restrictions.
