A lovely park to walk around, but in comparison with the Disney parks (which we are doing at the same time) there is a significant lack of staff, queueing for rides and getting on to the rides is a free for all. Everyone who served us at a drink stop etc was SO MISERABLE and did not speak apart from the grunt the price!!!!! I am amazed any of them were hired at interview, there are no people skills there whatsoever. That said, the trainers were great and did good talks. We booked the Dine with Orcas only to arrive and in the baking heat, be told the meal was delayed, they didn't know how long, people asked if they had time to time their kids on a ride and come back and the manager just said "I have no information, nobody tells us anything". It was really, really poor and I wouldn't recommend that as the service was so bad. It is a beautiful park, tired in places, we probably will never return.
