All wheelchair/handicap folks PSA! If you're self sufficient and don't need ANY guidance. You'll enjoy the park but if you happen to have a question or in our particular case need guidance with wheelchair accessibility. You will be greeted with belittling responses and unwillingness to help from the employees. To help educate guest since employees refuse to do so, please note that when entering the park. You will have to go to guest services and receive a note "allowing access" to the handicap accessibility ramps for these rides. Save yourself the frustration of relying on employees for assistance and get that slip. Our party was not informed about said "permission slip"until we went on our 4th ride of the day "Pipeline". (My thoughts would be they would inform you entering the park that you need that slip, they absolutely will not) At this point we had wheeled up to every other ride, set aside the wheel chair and picked up after the ride had finished ,directly next to the ride. However at the ride "Pipeline" once we had proceeded through the line. I had to approach an employee named, Jamar. I said " hello, where is the best area to place the wheel chair while we ride this ride?" His response? "Why didn't you buy the fast pass like every other guest" as if that is even a remote response or answer to someone standing there asking for instructions and guidance. I then said " well what is the solution as of now for this wheelchair, I'm happy to do whatever you need me to do. I apologize" Jamar responded with "what would you like me to tell you? Explain to me where to put your wheelchair." I then proceeded to have to pick up and carry the wheelchair off the ride With ZERO help/guidance from employees. Only thing that was given was rude looks and judgement BUT zero guidance. I did not expect anyone to physically have to move a muscle to assist with this issue. Simplistically just give me some guidance as to how to resolve an issue that should never be an issue for handicap folks to begin. If any SeaWorld employees actually read this. The event at this ride occury 05/30/25 at 3pm, please feel free to watch the video of this interaction and your completely rude and unfriendly "greeter" Jamar

Wonderful day. The park crowd was very easy. We only waited more than 10 minutes once for a ride. This was right after we exited a show. The reason for the three rating the food serves was mediocre. Allitude Burgers condiment section was not staffed and we didn't get a lot of support when we asked for help. The directions option on the app does not take you the shortest most direct way. Tip, rent an all day locker. You will need it at a lot of the rides for all your lose items.

Expensive and overly crowded. $30 for 3 churros that were terrible. $37 to park for the basic parking. Didn’t barely get to ride anything as the lines were super long. Won’t be back. Disappointed

The lines for the eateries could be faster, the park could be cleaner. The babies quiet rooms and nursing room were disgusting. Carpet needs to be vacuumed daily in something like that. The orcas fins were curled down all of the them it was so sad. It costs a pretty penny for a family to all go so I’d at the least think they should make sure it’s clean at all times.

!!WEAR APPROPRIATE SHOES and HYDRAYE TOO!! I went with a school as a volunteer, it was a fun -one-time experience. The rides are very BIG and fun. The park itself is really huge, I didn't get to see the other half of the park. For two people, it was $251, not including the food voucher/ meal ticket. I absolutely loved Sesame Street. It was soo nostalgic for me😅😂. I recommend the 13-15oz of dip-in-dots for $13 because ain't nothing like a cup of ice cream dots in a big cup😂
