After paying to enter the park you have to pay extra to do the up close tours which is about 80 percent of the scheduled events. This is very costly because some of them were as much as $199. extra. This cost is ridiculous.

Feel totally ripped off and very disappointed. Paid $110 each to enter park, and additional $300 for "up close experience" with Orcas. Gates opened at 10:00am and started good, watched dolphins show. Our up close to Orcha's turned out to be viewing them underwater on the other side of rope from regular visitors and option to purchase a picture taken (which was poor quality due to contrast with bright tank behind) Keepers were helpful and friendly to talk to, and answered all questions, but $300! Then got notified park was going to close at 4:00pm, not 6:00pm due to rain, loosing 2 hours of our visit, so never got to see all other animals and exhibits, with no time to eat. So incredibly disappointed and feel cheated.

Crooks, thieves, garbage customer service. Charged me double for my purchase and will not return my money. They are holding it with no record of the of the transaction and the bank can't touch due to them holding it. Its been ten days and no money returned. All I get is promises of it being returned. All this from supposed free veteran tickets, of yea of course and we will double charge for your other purchases to cover it. Liars and complete disappointment.

It was ok, was there with my 18 month old. Didn’t see any penguins and it’s more booths selling souvenirs or $32 all day-drink passes (for soda, not alcohol) than stuff to see but it was ok. Pretty pricey tbh

They were supposed to close at seven and we made the drive all the way down which was over an hour. We arrived at 3 and they said they were closing at 4 due to weather even though it had totally cleared up. BS.
