Park is falling apart. Poor management, absolutely no line control. If you loose anything there you will be SOL! We filed a lost and found claim one week ago for a lost cell phone and I even gave them a location map showing exactly where the phone is and still no action has been taken. So aggravating!

Everywhere Kids toilet was closed and they didn’t care to fix it. All day dining meal is the biggest scam, they don’t tell any of the gotchas during buying the meal plan online. Upon arrival we found there are just handful restaurants which are all located in the back of park and you can reuse it only after 90 min. The plan does not have drinks so we upgraded. But the refills didn’t work since they did not give stickers. So we went all the way to the front again but was told stickers are in back order. Park timing is 9-9 but nothing starts before 11 am and everything ends at 6pm except for gift shops for u to spend more. Plus the most attractive ride Infinity Falls broke down with no estimate to fix so lost all the time in walking all the way to the back.

I recently visited this place and was very impressed. The shows were entertaining and educational, and the animals appeared well cared for. The park was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit. It's a great day out for all ages.

Bad experience. Not worth the money. Lot of rides are closed. Food is also very bad. Although we booked QUITE QUEUE, we were denied entry. Staffs have no clue what to do and calling supervisors. Shark close encounter is worthless and waste of money.
