All rides, food, and beverages closed at 5...... kids were very disappointed when they went to get on a ride in Sesame Street at 5 to be told it was closed. My husband went to get drinks for us, and they were closed. It either closes at 5 or it closes at 6... which is it? We can't plan what we are going to do if the times aren't accurate. The orca show was moved from 5:30 to 4:30 without any notice. Luckily, we were walking by and saw, or we'd have missed that too. Wanted to go see swing back and see the Beluga whales because they weren't out the first time we went through, which was closed at 5 also. Park closes at 6, but everything shuts down at 5.......I won't recommend coming to Sea World.

So many problems with SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks.My family and I are platinum pass holders. I personally will never renew our passes. It looks like good value but you pay for that value. For instance, we had a discount ticket we bought for SeaWorld. It started to rain around 1pm. All the rides closed. So we went to get a rain ticket for the ticket we paid for. They wanted to give me 7 days to return. I asked why only 7 days when everyone else is getting 1 year. They said it was because it was a free ticket. I say excuses me? What did you say? I did pay for this ticket. She said you didn't pay for nothing! Im like what?! Then what appeared to be a manger walked up and told me to calm down or she would call security! WHAT?? She just called me a liar and I have to suck it up or else?? Shake my head. She did give me the year ticket. No more of my money or time.

I think Sea World is a big underrated due to the fact it is by so many theme parks. It’s a great place for families to go and to see a hybrid of rides and animals. The prices are much cheaper when comparing it to Disney. They have a wide range of rides I think can accommodate anyone in the family. The only thing I wish they would do better is the food quality. I’ve ate a bunch of places here and they have been ok at best. Otherwise I highly recommend coming here for a day or more with friends and family.

I took my children here on recommendation of someone in our hotel. The entry into the park was outrageously expensive - higher than Disney or Universal, but that I could live with just fine I expected someone to guide guests to where they would park but surprisingly no one... we made out okay. I was surprised to see how many cars were apparently ticketed. I chucked that up to strange decision by car owners. Check in staff was efficient and kind and we looked forward to a wonderful experience. We got through roller coaster ride - again great. We went on to the second ride-The Kraken, got in line and after seeing one operation of it, they announced indefinite weather delay. We waited briefly and decided to find an attraction that is not weather dependent. On our way we purchased medium cup ice-cream at $12 a piece... the sticker shock for such poor quality product was notable. Their app demanded tips of course with options ranging from 18% to north of 20%. I elected other and chipped in $3 on order of $36. With imminent rain, we decided to do the Dolphin show. We caught two minutes (again nice). With pouring rain though we thought it would be a no-brainer to wait for the storm to pass there. Within a few minutes, a staff rudely comes over demanding we leave. I told them no problem but could we wait out the rain OR alternatively, they can show us where we could wait without going into the elements as we didn't want our phones or body wet. Without any ounce of consideration, they staunchly insisted and one took it up a notch stating "they would need to find someone to baby sit us" AND they need to leave their break. I was frankly surprised by their rudeness and zero consideration for their customers. While the rain is not their fault, customers apparently can't expect that a place as large as Universal makes provision for safe dry places their customers can shelter. We saw many people drenched and walking in the rain and a huge number - including us, simply made it to their cars and left. I could not be more disappointed with this location . It would be a mistake for anyone to expect anything near similar experience with any of the major theme parks in SeaWorld Orlando. Their amenities in fact does not measure up and importantly, the staff needs basic training in customer service for a setting whose lifeblood is hospitality.

All you can eat food deal is just ok. If you want bulk, it is great. If you want flavor, just not there. My favorite food on the all day food pass was the brisket at the BBQ place. I personally thought it was worth it for the frequent Coke and my daughter's liked the bland cupcakes. Rides are super fun for adrenaline junkies. The sea part of sea world is not as good as most any aquarium -- I actually liked the aquarium at EPCOT better. Was it fun? Yes, my teenage daughters enjoyed the crazy rides and the shark exhibit. The fireworks were also great. The price was reasonable for the experience. Probably silly to review such a famous place that everyone knows everything about. Not as clean as Disney. But, also not as busy either!

Your interactive map does NOT have the showtimes for the Orca show or the Dolphin Show!!! This is very problematic for visitors. The only way to find the showtimes is to actually walk by the stadiums. The SeaWorld app/map has NO information about these. Please fix this SeaWorld! Otherwise everything has been lovely and a ton of fun :)

We took our two teenage grandchildren for the day. The dolphin show was excellent. But many other things about the park really distracted from our experience. 1. The entire place appears tired and rundown. 2. We purchased a quick queue pass for our granddaughter who wanted to go on the coasters. We went to the Manta coaster and could not find the quick queue entrance so we got in line thinking that there would be instructions somewhere along the way, but we couldn't find any team member anywhere to ask for directions to the quick queue. We waited in the regular queue for about 10 minutes, hoping to find some instruction on how to get to the quick queue. I finally googled the question on where to find the quick queue for manta and finally we found the quick Q entrance on the other side of the aquarium. Thanks to Google. 3. The food in the park is extremely expensive. The four of us ate at Chick-fil-A for $100. We went back later for a milkshake, which cost $11. Outrageous! 4. We didn't read the fine print on the quick queue ticket and my granddaughter tried to get on the Pipeline where she was turned away because the quick queue pass is not good for the pipeline or penguin. We felt very ripped off. 5. Most of the attractions areas felt more like a carnival than a world class theme park. I would've read it one star but the excellent dolphin show makes it two stars.
