I just want to give a huge shoutout to Edward Jones, the ice cream man at SeaWorld. He was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my mother, who is handicapped. From the moment we approached his stand, he treated us with genuine care and respect, making sure my mom was comfortable and taken care of. It’s not every day you meet someone who goes out of their way to be so thoughtful. Edward made us feel welcome and valued — not just as customers, but as people. His positive attitude and warm personality turned a simple ice cream stop into a moment we’ll both remember. Thank you, Edward, for your kindness and heart. SeaWorld is a great park is literally the biggest marine life rescue and rehab in the world. Don't listen to people saying that this is "animal abuse". My only complaint is that the employees are sometimes not very friendly.

All the showtimes were close together so once one show was done, you had to race to catch the other show (only had two showtimes for the day). One water ride was shut down for whatever reason. Couldn't access the penguin exhibit because it was only open for passholders. Waited in line for over 30min for a ride just for them to shut it down because of the rain. After the rain, they closed everything, including the aquarium. Didn't ride ANY of the rides there because everything was closed. Went from 10a-3p on a random Thursday. Paid over $500 to ride nothing and only see the dolphins and orcas. A complete waste.

Great place, lots of fun activities, too bad the rain came and they had to shut down the rides. The price for the parking is a bit steep. Almost the same price as the entrance ticket,depending on the parking place u choose.

Don’t fall for their auto renewal annual passes. Almost impossible to cancel, there is no easy way to do it. You have to call to speak with someone and they don’t answer the phones, you’re told to leave a call back #, but they don’t call back, leave you on hold for over an hour and then disconnect the call, and if you persist and finally speak to an agent and request cancellation and are told it’s cancelled, guess what, it’s not cancelled and you are still charged. The level of customer service for pass holders is atrocious. The parks were great and we enjoyed our passes, but this will keep us from ever getting annual passes again.

There's nothing educational about watching a traumatized animal perform for food. People need to wake up and do better.
