I used to love SeaWorld, but recently the maintenance and operation of this park has gone downhill. The park was wildly understaffed, untrained, and unfriendly. You can still have a good time, just don't plan on anyone helping you with anything. The ride operators take 5+ minutes to send out a single train. The lines move slowly due to poor queue design and getting off some rides is actually very confusing/difficult since they funnel you through animal exhibits with large crowds. The shows are entertaining, but not always easy to get to because of timing and accessibility. While there are many restaurant options, most require reservations or are only open for walk-ins between 2:30pm- 4:30pm. Otherwise, you'll stand in enormous lines at their buffet-style markets. The food is pretty good, but not very allergen-friendly. Overall, not a bad park. Lots of potential. I just see some major room for improvement to bring it back to what it once was!

The layout is not fluid & did not seem very wheelchair accessible. The shows were good, again not very wheelchair friendly. Maps were not anywhere to be found except at customer service. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the overall layout of the park.

Visited SeaWorld recently — the park is very clean and offers great shows and theaters for all age groups. The Dolphin and Orca encounters are absolute must-dos — truly memorable experiences that highlight the beauty and intelligence of these animals. That said, there were a few drawbacks that impacted the overall experience. Signage needs improvement. For example, stroller and ECV rentals are located inside the gift shop, but there’s no clear sign, which led me to waste 20+ minutes in line at Guest Services just to be redirected. We waited 2 hours in line for the Atlas. The ride itself was fun, but with better flow and queue management, the wait time could’ve been significantly reduced. The SeaWorld mobile app is helpful for purchasing tickets and upgrades, but it lacks features like real-time wait times or filtering rides by height — which would really help families plan better. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of vegetarian and vegan food options. SeaWorld attracts a diverse range of guests from all over the U.S. and beyond, and the food offerings should reflect that. It's time for the park to modernize its food choices to be more inclusive. If you're local, the annual pass offers good value. But as a visitor, I’d love to see SeaWorld improve on guest experience, tech tools, and food inclusivity.

Mako Roller Coaster is my new favorite of any roller coaster anywhere.... The feeling of weightlessness as if flying and speed are so thrilling it's SPECTACULAR!!! Shark Underwater Grill was tasty and we had a sweet waitress called Soumay! Dolphin and Orca shows were fantastic!! Oh and the grand finale drone, dance, light and fireworks show at the end was phenomenal!!!!

One Star — Absolutely heartbreaking I went to SeaWorld Orlando thinking it would be a fun and educational experience. Instead, I left feeling sick to my stomach. The orcas are kept in tanks that are tiny compared to their natural habitat — these are massive, intelligent creatures that should be roaming the open ocean, not doing tricks for claps. It felt more like a circus than anything “educational.” The shows are flashy and loud, but behind the scenes, you can’t ignore the sadness in those animals’ eyes. Orcas are meant to swim dozens of kilometers a day, not float around in a glorified swimming pool. The worst part? The crowd cheers while these animals suffer. Just because it’s legal doesn’t make it right. SeaWorld tries to brand itself as conservation-friendly, but keeping orcas captive like this isn’t saving animals — it’s profiting from their misery. Do better. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Stop keeping orcas in captivity. Haven’t you learned anything over the past 40 years of orcas in captivity? Obviously no. It’s abuse. Watch YouTube and Black Fish.

40 minutes just to park. 30 minutes to get into the park with pre purchased tickets. The app loaded very slowly to the point of being useless. We were also hoping for more "SeaWorld" and less rollercoasters. Over an hour to get out of the parking lot is also a bit crazy.

I was really looking forward to our family trip to SeaWorld Orlando, but unfortunately, the experience was soured by the complete lack of customer service — especially from the janitorial staff. After attending several of the water-heavy shows, our clothes were completely soaked. I had brought one plastic bag with me, but when I saw a single mom nearby struggling with her young kids and dripping clothes, I gave it to her. When I politely asked a nearby janitor if I could have just one trash bag for our wet clothes, she acted like I had asked for something outrageous. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying they “don’t just give those out.” It was such a small and reasonable request — and after spending hundreds of dollars on tickets, food, and souvenirs, I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly over a plastic bag. It’s sad that a place built around families and entertainment can’t train their staff in basic kindness and customer service. A little empathy goes a long way, but apparently that’s in short supply here. Very disappointed and rethinking any return visit.

They closed Atlantis for a storm and after the storm they opened some of the rollercoasters and Atlantis stayed closed for the rest of the day. So from 5 to close they had most drink sessions and face painting closed for the rest of the day. What a joke! Spend all this money for half a day of fun. Do better SeaWorld! You already ripping people off for your over priced food and drink items.
