Very disappointed. Took over two hours just to get in, parking took over 45 minutes. We are pass holders and had preferred parking. We also were not able to use any of our rewards not even fast passes as the fast pass lines are over an hour. Had extra discounts on food, unable to use them due to restaurants being out of items or the lines being so long you’d wait over an hour. With three small children that’s impossible. The cherry on top was my app was not working for my tickets so the gentlemen had me step to the side for a moment. When they loaded a minute later he then said I would need to wait in the over hour long line again. We had to ask for a supervisor who did let us in without going back in line however that took about 15 extra minutes to settle too. Overall they are understaffed and not equipped for these types of crowds. Definitely won’t be back on a weekend again and really not sure if at all. We won’t be renewing passes after this year.

I have never written a negative review for any place-until now. My family was excited for a day filled with animal encounters and shows, but unfortunately we were all left with nothing but disappointment due to the apparent money-grab tactics that leave you to wonder if the sea life truly is the focus or not. After waiting in line for a $40 parking pass, we then spent another 30 minutes circling the parking lot for a parking spot. Then we waited again in another unorganized mess to enter the park, followed by overcrowding within. In a world with AI and other technology, it is shameful that there is no monitoring of the parking and attendance to know what capacity can be maintained. No coolers or snacks are allowed in the park, but none of the beverage machines had ice(we tried three locations) and they were not being maintained. If your staffing levels cannot maintain a safe environment to allow for that many attendees, then it is your job to limit the capacity. Nothing was special about the rides or Sesame Street land(exception- parade was decent and Sesame Street staff was exceptional at making the place feel magical for kids)-if you think they are, then you have likely never been to any local amusement park. The sea life shows were entertaining and educational, but they almost feel like an afterthought behind all of the other park gimmicks. I suggest you save your money and visit any other Orlando area amusement park on your vacation, and visit your local aquarium instead.

This park is a literal disaster. The rides might be “thrilling” if you can ever ride them. Waited for over an hour to park, even after buying VIP. The park was overcrowded and understaffed, and that’s putting it lightly. Waited for 45+ minutes in the so-called “Quick Queue” on multiple coasters only for there to be no staff directing the crowds at the actual launch points, and the rides are NOT accommodating for anyone with above-average legs (muscular or other). The concessions were out of ice, the restaurants are understaffed so you can’t get seated, and guest services is just an endless line to get a ticket for the next day. No help. Probably the worst experience from a theme park I’ve had in 20+ years. Hopefully something changes, or the future here might be bleak.

A reasonable alternative to other major theme parks in the area. Add-ons are rather expensive but worth the investment. Have a plan before you go to maximize time on rides, viewing shows, and grabbing a bite to eat

This is a one and done for us. EXTREMELY crowded. Took over 2 hours just to park. Then after paying for premium parking we were guided to the back with the standard parking cars. We would have turned around and left if we hadn’t pre bought tickets. Multiple food items weren’t sold where they were being advertised. Lots of trash on the ground. I could go on and on with things like this. Do Better SeaWorld.

We loved our day trip to SeaWorld. Only feedback is the rocking chairs in the nursing room need to be replaced.

So sad that the lady working the parking booth met me with an attitude. When all I did was smile and say hello. Far from a warm welcome, I drove away to go to the other theme park instead. What has happened to customer service? Universal is much better
