Very dirty throughout park...need many more maintenance cleaning staff, saw zero cleaning anything at park and bathrooms were dirty and unkept.

In my opinion I think Sea world 🌎 is one of the best theme parks in Orlando ! No only because has the best Rollercoaster !! Also for the great job of the staffs do taking care of the animals and rescuing injury animals!

The restrooms were not clean! The small parade wasn't so cool, but the inside shows were. The wading pool for the kids should be expanded, too small for so many people that go!

I went as a Make A Wish family dad and this place was awful. Not only did this park cut all the perks for families for Make A Wish but to be feeding those animals all day and charging park guests to do so ($9 for a fish boat, or $28 for 4) is outrageous. My daughter was so excited to see orcas but wait a minute you have to pay for the encounter after paying to get into the park. No staff member could guide us as a special family from out of state. Our family made ZERO memories here that were positive other than leaving the parking lot which ironically has tire spikes as if anyone would ever want to come back or sneak into this poor excuse for a theme park.

$35 parking but you're on your own, zero orientation on arrival. Multiple washrooms stalls were out of service, broken faucets, running out of hand soap in the middle of the day. Broken icemakers while 33C. The rides are awesome, like the animals and the shows. We just feel bad SeaWorld no longer cares for customer's satisfaction.
