We enjoyed walking around but the rides were closed for most of the day due to the weather. Bravo to the park for honoring the Military and Veterans!

We had gone a couple of years ago, and we had a good time, so we figured we would go again with our children and nieces. I was very disappointed this time around. We waited on line for about 20 mins, and they closed down the ride. They didn't give a reason. We go to another ride waited 25mins when it started to rain and they closed it down. I completely understand about the rain and have to shut down. We waited for about 30 mins before they opened the ride back up and another 20 mins to finally get on the ride. We walked over to another ride, which they had someone telling the ride was closed and didn't know how long it would be. We walked over to another ride, it said 75 min wait. We downloaded the app, which wasn't accurate at all. The wait times were not accurate. It would say 15 min wait, and when we would get to the line, it was 45 to 50 min wait. The only part that the kids were actually able to enjoy was the sesame place area. The rides were actually opened, and the line moved pretty decent. It stinks because the older kids (teenagers) were not able to enjoy themselves the way we were hoping we would. I felt like it was a waste of money.

I thought Disney was expensive! Holy smokes!! And they dont take cash...cards only. It was not a good time, the prices were absurd ($80+ for 4 gross burgers and dry fries) best part was the dolphin a s orca show... and they were only minutes long. Save your money, go to Disney.

I was online redeeming my free one day passes for being in the military. I chose the option for a free one day pass to SeaWorld in Orlando. In the middle of putting in my information and my family's information the time to reserve tickets went from 10 minutes to zero minutes. It changed the location from Orlando to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I stayed on the phone waiting forever to talk to someone. Finally, someone took my call and told me that the location on the ticket couldn't be changed. He proceeded to ask for my information and my family's information to add to the tickets for Philadelphia. I said, "Hello‼️ Did you not hear me tell you that I will be on vacation in Orlando and not Pennsylvania?" I need the tickets to be for SeaWorld in Orlando just like I requested online. Now the tickets are useless because they won't correct the mistake that was made on their end. Thanks for nothing.

Paid to get in, whole family got the fast pass and ticket spent over $1000 between us all getting in for the day. All rides have been down, half the shows have been cancelled, all the drinks and food have been more expensive than the Disney parks. Been here for half the day and managed to only see the opening orca show. Massive massive ripoff, no refunds either, should have gone to anywhere but here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT SEAWORLD ORLANDO. Today is June 26, 2025. My family and I traveled from Virginia for our Florida vacation and decided to give SeaWorld a shot. Big mistake. We paid $319 for five tickets after seeing a promotion on Facebook, and the experience was nothing short of a scam. We arrived shortly before noon and were immediately hit with disappointment. None of the major rides were working. Not a few, not one or two—NONE. I overheard people saying there was a power outage, but park staff were giving zero information and even less effort. The teenage rep we spoke to looked visibly annoyed that we dared ask what was going on. That level of unprofessionalism and entitlement is mind-blowing, especially when people are spending hundreds of dollars to be here. We walked around trying to salvage the day, but nope—most of the attractions were either down or closed. No bad weather. No storm. Just bad operations and worse attitudes. The staff walked around like the guests were the problem. How about honoring your side of the deal? I didn’t pay nearly $65 a person to walk around a glorified fish tank while your coasters sit silent. We’ve been here over three hours and managed to experience one exhibit and one simulator ride—barely. And guess what? Since we’re from out of state and leave tomorrow, a “come back another day” excuse doesn’t cut it. A refund? Nope. I called customer service and got nowhere. The rep on the phone actually ended the call on me when I asked to leave feedback in the post-call survey. Coward move. You knew I was going to rip into your garbage service. Let’s be clear: • The food? Disgusting. • Customer service? Rude and dismissive. • Park cleanliness? Questionable. • Experience? A complete rip-off. You’d think being in the backyard of Disney, Universal, and Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld would try harder to compete. But no. They just collect money and offer excuses. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first time visiting SeaWorld, and I guarantee you it will be my last. I’m now making it a personal mission to warn others—weekly—about this scam of an attraction. There are so many better places in Orlando to spend your hard-earned money where you’re respected and actually get what you paid for. SeaWorld doesn’t deserve your time, your money, or your patience. Embarrassing. Shameful. Pathetic!

Seaworld should be ashamed of itself. People are spending hundreds and thousands of dollars and SW does petty things to curb visitors. You pay $6 for a fountain drink with your meal and you have to scan a QR code on the cup allowing one fill. If you're worried about people stealing refills, give them 30-45 of unlimited fills in that restaurant. A kids pizza is small and comes with a fruit cup and no drink for $13. Quit skimping. Focus on the customer experience and the revenue will take care of itself.
