Can fit on every ride at universal but the rides at sea world are based on your thighs. I guess i should skip leg day if i want to go there.

I am writing to share some serious concerns following my recent visit to SeaWorld. As someone who has visited the park over ten times—both before and after the release of Blackfish and the pandemic—I feel compelled to express how disappointing the experience has become. I received these tickets for free, and even then, I don’t feel the visit was worth the 3+ hour drive. Here are the specific issues I encountered: 1. No Cash Accepted It was frustrating to learn that SeaWorld no longer accepts cash. This policy is not clearly communicated ahead of time and creates unnecessary inconvenience for guests who prefer or rely on using cash. 2. Excessive Parking Fees Charging $40 plus tax for parking is unreasonable, especially considering the declining quality of the overall guest experience. 3. Poor Staff Conduct and Service Unfortunately, many of the staff—particularly vending attendants and security guards—were rude, unhelpful, and in some cases, dishonest. Unauthorized Tip Added: When purchasing an energy drink from a vending attendant, I was told the total was $7 and some change. I entered my PIN and requested a receipt—only to find out a 15% tip had been added without my authorization. I did not press any button to approve this. Why is tipping even an option at a walk-up vending station? It felt deceptive, especially if employees are taking advantage of guests to supplement their income. Unattended Stations: Several vending stations were left open with no staff present for extended periods. Security Incident: At the Orca show, I witnessed a security guard yelling at a guest and her children who were simply trying to reconnect with their family. The situation did not call for raised voices, yet the guard escalated it significantly. What should have been a calm redirection turned into a shouting match—entirely provoked by the guard's unwillingness to listen or offer a solution. 4. Inadequate Guest Assistance Throughout our visit, multiple staff members demonstrated a lack of basic customer service or willingness to help: Unhelpful Aquarium Staff: We asked a staff member for directions to the exit. She simply replied, “Not here,” then proceeded to ignore our follow-up questions by queuing her radio and turning away without a word. Conflicting Directions: When trying to find the Beluga whale exhibit, we asked three different employees and received three completely different directions. Dismissive Response at Circus Hydra: When asking where to park our stroller, an employee lazily pointed “over there.” A follow-up question was met with complete dismissal as he turned away and pretended we weren’t there. 5. Poor Weather Management I understand Florida weather is unpredictable, but it was frustrating to seat over 1,500 people for a show only to cancel it two minutes in due to weather. If a storm cell is approaching, someone should be monitoring radar and making more timely decisions to avoid wasting everyone’s time. In summary, this visit was deeply disappointing. SeaWorld used to offer a magical and educational experience, even post-COVID. But it’s clear that service standards have declined significantly and have yet to recover. If this is what the guest experience has become, even free admission feels like a bad deal. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Guests deserve better.

I love Sea world! Hands down my favorite park and I have been a pass holder for years. Great family park and fun rides

Sea world wasn't anything like I expected. I was looking forward to seeing a variety of animal exhibits but they fell short of my expectations. The only 2 decent ones they had was the dolphin show and the penguin exhibit. Not worth the money.

Our recent trip to SeaWorld was absolutely phenomenal, a truly unforgettable experience that my husband and I are still raving about! From the moment we stepped through the gates, we were immersed in a world of marine wonder and thrilling entertainment. The animal encounters were a definite highlight. We were mesmerized by the majestic orcas gracefully gliding through the water during the presentations, and the dolphin show was filled with such playful energy and incredible acrobatics. Getting to see the manatees up close in their peaceful habitat was also a real treat, and the aquariums, with their vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life, were simply stunning. Every exhibit felt thoughtfully designed, offering both educational insights and breathtaking views of these incredible creatures. Beyond the animal shows, SeaWorld delivered on the excitement front too! The rides were fantastic – a perfect blend of exhilarating thrills and family-friendly adventures. We particularly loved Mako for its speed or Journey to Atlantis for its water coaster fun]. The park itself was immaculately clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their work, which really added to the positive atmosphere. We spent the entire day exploring, laughing, and making wonderful memories. There was something for everyone, from captivating shows to interactive exhibits and thrilling rides. We left feeling uplifted and inspired by the beauty of the ocean and its inhabitants. SeaWorld truly exceeded our expectations in every way. It's more than just an amusement park; it's an immersive journey into the wonders of the marine world that leaves you with a deep appreciation for conservation. We wholeheartedly give our experience a 10 out of 10 and cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for an amazing day out. We're already planning our next visit!

No Staff- quicker queue VERY slow! We got the refillable drink and before 5 pm most places were closed it didn't have Ice anymore or most selections were gone. Only really usable early in the day. Out of cheese for pretzels by 3pm, out of half the dip dots flavors. Bathrooms dirty and smelled of pee. The animals were great to see but other than that it was a joke. Rollercoasters we were on were really bumpy and jerky. We rode the new oddesssy and it was just a knock off of soarin. Took at least 5 mins to get everyone hooked up once in the room and had to buckle and unbuckle twice because people weren't buckled in. Everyone was asked to place things in bin one women tried to keep her stuff and then for pissed because she has to put it away which took even longer. Very unorganized and insufficient when loading and unloading lines. Orca show was great, seeing the dolphins was fun. Fed the sea lions and sting rays but was like $10 each. Food is outrageously priced! $9 for a cupcake, $13 for dipn dots, over $20 for a burger. Just over all not a great experience. Poorly run, understaffed and not well stocked.

Rides and attractions were great. But the wait lines were too much. We purchased single day tickets with unlimited eating bonus- free entree and drink every 1hr and a half- really came in handy on that hot day. Distance between each ride and attraction was decent- every turn or corner had something to see or do. We had a blast, not sure how soon we’ll go back because of the wait times.
