Buyer beware: parking costs almost as much as the ticket price. Shows were cool.

Everything about this day from start to finish was bad. The front gate line to get in is chaos, it is an undefined mesh of people pushing and shoving their way to the front. We had bought all day food passes, and after waiting in line for about 50 mins to get up to get food servered we got one plate and by the time we e got up to the second line to get my sons food they told me that I couldn't b served because of the rain. It was raining the entire time we were in line and watched people get their food, yet even though there was good hoy and ready to be served in the window they wouldn't allow me to take a plate of food. All of the showed happen at the same time, there is no possible way you can see all of the shows and learn about the animals and enjoy the day. Each line is over an hour wait, and nothing is accommodating for when it rains. The entire day was waiting in lines and not getting to enjoy any of it. No good. No rides No shows. There are so many park in Orlando this one is the absolute worst.

It is a lot of fun for the kids, but when it rains with lightning, there are only a couple of attractions still open. Most outdoor rides and shows are canceled for bad weather with little left to do. After the rain clears, most park-goers have left, and there isn't much of, if any, wait for rides.

Sea world is a cool place to spend the afternoon, but very expensive!!! It cost 40 dollars just to park your car. And add everything else once you get inside.

Overall, an amazing park and definitely was a highlight of our visit to Orlando. As with all the theme parks in the area, be prepared to walk a lot outside in the hot sun. Apparently you can bring water into the park as security didn't say anything to us about it. It's a great park for those that like thrills as they have some great coasters, but also great for those that don't as they have a lot of good shows and other non-ride attractions. However, there we had some disappointments as well. The ride wait times were almost all insanely long. A surprising number of the rides also broke down while we were in line. We literally only rode 1 out of 4 rides we had really hoped to get on! That said, we still had a great day. They need to get their line speeds up and their maintenance needs to get better. Another disappointment was the food situation. We got the All Day Dining pass. Many of the restaurants we went to were out of a lot of the items on their menu. And this was on a weekday that didn't even seem that busy around the rest of the park (minus the ride wait times). Also, the Dining Deal is only worth it because of the absurdly high prices on their food menus. In summary: Go for the shows and exhibits, not the rides or the food. Pros: Great shows (dolphin, orca, sea lion) Cool aquarium exhibits (sharks, stingrays, etc.) Firework/drone show in the evening Beautiful park overall Cons: Wait times Rides breaking down Dining locations were very limited on food options

SeaWorld Orlando is such an amazing park for kids and adults. This park offers shows from killer whales to dolphins and sea lions! During the sea lion show you can catch the famous mime doing his thing making the audience laugh. The rides here are so much fun. There's rollercoasters and other rides that kids and adults will have a blast on! The park is very clean and the employees here are so respectful and friendly. My family and I had a great time here. There's different restaurants to at at and different shops to find merchandise. There's even a Starbucks and a Chic Fil A in the park. I recommend getting your tickets online because it could be a lot cheaper than paying for them at the gate. Remember also that SeaWorld is cashless! No cash is accepted at all even for parking. They do charge for parking as well. Different rates are available. I highly recommend this park if in Orlando!

The shark tank grill was our favorite attraction. Also love the free tickets for Veterans during holidays.

1 star only cuz a 0 isn’t an option Seaworld is a filthy, depressing, corporate dumpster fire. First you’ll wait over an hour to park. Btw. 2 hours to leave the said parking cuz they don’t have any traffic control. Never again. Don’t go. Don’t even think about it. SeaWorld Orlando is a total scam. Almost everything was shut down. Rides, shows, attractions, closed or “temporarily unavailable.” And the stuff that was open? You’ll wait 45+ minutes in the blistering heat for a 10-minute show that feels like a half-assed rehearsal. The employees? Rude as hell. We heard them mocking guests over the intercom like it was a game. This was in sesame land. Not a single person bothering them but they wanted to be mean. Laughing at families who spent hundreds, if not thousands, to try and make magical memories with their kids. Absolute trash behavior. When we waited over an hour at Guest Services to report it, the manager didn’t care. Just shrugged it off like we were annoying for even saying something. He even said it. The employees are annoyed because the people are bothering them. Nah. ROBERT. 0 customer service skills. Doesn’t realize I’m about to blast this so hard on social media, Seaworld is gonna loose thousands after reading my review. The “all day dining pass”? Don’t bother. The food is garbage. Freezer-burnt ribs. Warm soda. Not kidding. There was rarely ice available and the soda coming out the machines were lukewarm. No lids. No straws. No alternative. If you can’t drink it all in one go, it’s trash. Also, good luck finding a clean table, this place is packed way past what’s safe or enjoyable. Overcrowded, dirty, chaotic. It rained and the roofs started leaking. Leaking. We spoke to an employee who straight-up told us the place is falling apart and management won’t fix anything until it collapses. That they don’t care. That this entire park is just a money grab now. And it shows. He explained that Seaworld used to be good but was sold over to a cooperation that is only money hungry. SeaWorld should be about animals. Conservation. Something magical. Instead, it’s a filthy, depressing, corporate dumpster fire. These poor animals need to go to a sanctuary for the rest of their days. I’ve seen them taken better care of at our smaller local science centers and ocean exhibits. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me. I wouldn’t go back if you begged. There are way better places to take your kids. If you still go after reading this. You will regret it.

Overall, the park was good. My biggest issue was that there are no posted maps anywhere. Maps now is with the phone app, but there are no phone charging stations, so good luck when your phone runs out of battery

Every year SeaWorld issues me passes as a veteran and every year I take my family to SeaWorld this year I could not personally attend and my two daughters went and we denied entry to the park because I was not personally there. This is not something that has been the policy in the past five years and if it was, it was never enforced until now the man at the gate was very rude to my children when they tried to explain their situation having already paid $40 to park and being told they were denied entry and would not be refunded for parking. This is how Seaworld treats veterans and their families. It is unacceptable the way the man spoke to my daughter. I am outraged at the treatment my family received.
