I want to love SeaWorld but its not easy. Low staff at the gate, low staff in food venues. And I know its not easy to continue to run this business with the orcas changing the game. This business need a revival and its not roller-coasters and other rides. They need to find a way to include more sea life or the virtual world of sea life. It feels empty and lackluster. Ok enough negatives. For the positives. The sea lions were incredible. The orca show was better than ever before. I didn't get to see the dolphin show due to weather but saw them in the encounter. These 3 venues carry the operation and are really cool. I would say don't miss this while you can because this business is not sustainable.

We were really looking forward to SeaWorld but were very disappointed by the attitude of the staff, it ruined our time. We asked to do rider swap because my youngest (who’s only 9) was scared to ride and were told “he’s tall enough and was big enough to walk up here so you’ll have to go back and queue again”. Nothing like how Disney were who were lovely and understand some children are afraid of rides and it ruins their time having to stand and queue all of the time. Only found the odd member of staff pleasant the rest were miserable. Dolphin show was fantastic, the sea lion show just seemed a bit all over and was disappointing only 2 shows per day for dolphin, sea lion and orca so unless you show up early or stay until late you’re not hitting any as we missed the Orca show as we left early feeling underwhelmed by the experience. Overall we won’t be returning.

Absolutely fantastic park! If you are looking for something more low-key, as opposed to places like Walt Disney world or Universal this is the place. Less queues for still very good rides. Definitely the highlight of the visit where the different shows the park offers, such as the dolphin and Orca shows! The rollercoaster themselves where all varied, in intensity and length. With most rides having an after ride element as well, such as a walk through with the animals the ride was based on. Visited on a Wednesday from 10:30-19:00, visited all shows and rides, managing to repeat two
