Awful service, they rarely have employees..3 employees at the guest service desk and a bunch of rides without employees to guide you through the lines or just to guide you to the ride it was chaos all around that makes you wonder how well they really take care of those rides...this administration of Sea World, Aquatica, Bush Gardens and Adventure Island are very unprofessional.

We recently visited SeaWorld with high hopes for a fun family vacation. However, we had a very disappointing experience that I feel needs to be shared. While my 7-year-old was on a ride with his dad, the ride unexpectedly stopped for about 10–15 minutes under the intense heat. There was no communication or clear explanation during that time. My child became extremely distressed—not only was he frightened, but he also began to feel physically unwell due to the heat and the prolonged stop. It was very upsetting as this trip was meant to be a joyful getaway, but the experience left a lasting negative impact on our child, and we ended up not being able to enjoy the park as planned. We genuinely hope SeaWorld takes incidents like this seriously. It would mean a lot to know that guests’ well-being and safety are prioritized, especially for young children.

Food is expensive. Lines to long. Not enough seating for rest. Too many food places and they're all too expensive. Will not recommend.

First time I've been here in 30 years and boy was it different! Plenty of great roller coasters now along with some indoor attractions and the normal shows/aquariums. It's not Disney or Universal, but they have definitely stepped up their game in a very crowded market.

Went to SeaWorld .. Will never go back.. lots of bad experiences.. Bathrooms were gross and stinks very bad.. Getting food at the park was bad.. Nowhere to sit ,not enough tables to get a drink you had to go back inside scan a cup then hurry to fill it b4 time runs out with the place being overcrowded people everywhere .. Place was totally understaffed.. Alot of the vendors or were closed.. I feel the shows were very short considering the amount of time you have to wait.. Not to mention a few rides kept breaking as we finally get to the front to get on a ride.. What a waste of a Day

Awesome amusement park. Lines to get on rides are long and quite ridiculous. DO NOT go to ride rides unless you purchase the QUICK QUE PASS!! Trust me, just pay the extra money to skip general admission lines. Also, buy the souvenir cup so you get free drink refills all day. It’s worth it.

Sadly due to an electrical issues that shut down all the rides our day was short lived. They gave us vouchers for a future visit with no set time line. We have been to SeaWorld before and truly enjoy it.
