Shame on you SeaWorld. My husband and I are platinum members and we have been for a long time now. I’m in your Park today, it’s Sunday, July 20 and it’s hotter than heck in this park. Limited shade, blazing sun, and the majority of water stations are nowhere to be found. Then over by Arctic all the water machines are broken. Employees guided many of us looking for water-ice cubes into restaurants BUT you have to stand on a 30 minute line of people ordering food just to get ice with water in your SeaWorld cup that i paid for. All you big wig executives at SeaWorld should be ashamed of yourself. How the heck do you sleep at night. Cutting back more and more on platinum members perks then you come into a park that’s hotter than hell and the automatic water-soda machine stations are limited or broke and or no ice in them. Disgraceful. I’m surprised more people are not dropping dead in this park today or having a heart attack. I’m on the borderline of having heat stroke or a heart attack because of the heat with a lack of shade and a lack of adequate water stations throughout this park. Busch Gardens is doing a little bit better than you on providing automatic water-fountain drink stations and little areas to fill up your cup and try to get some ice as well. We came for the blue oyster coat concert tonight and I’ve only been in the park one hour and I’ve almost blacked out. I told my husband this will be the first time I’m telling him not to redo our platinum passes and that will be over the last 15 years. Quit cutting back on things and start adding adequate water stations where you can get water with ice during this hellacious heat, we’re having with the heat index of 104. Blue Oyster Cult was fantastic. Best part of our afternoon.

Worst experience ever, line said itd take 20 mins, took almost an hour, too hot, needs many more fans, need more water fountains, broken water fountains. There were 2 fans in each building in a water ride that wouldnt even reach each corner.

The absolute worst park ever. Rides say 20 minutes and im literally working on an hour and 15 minutes and still might have 30 minutes left. They need more fans...its sooo hot out here and no ventilation. Very poor design. Kids hate it.

Horrible had to wait 2 hours just to ride one ride also said they had a discovery cove which they don’t and when we ask for a refund they said no best 400 dollars I spent.

Everything seems to be OK except some of the rides were not operating. Strongly recommend to get the Quick Queue pass if you do not mind spending additional $70 per person.

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ANY of the 5 Stars; they’re likely employees or business owners which have a conflict of interest. This my actual CUSTOMER review: If it’s wasn’t for the sea lion, dolphins & orca shows, I wouldn’t recommend going. The rides are 1-2 hour wait, with a 40% chance the ride will break down. We kept hearing the rides were broken. Yesterday, our family was in the journey to Atlantis ride for 2 hrs, and it broke down. Same with another ride. I’m not waiting in line for more 15 minutes. Other than the Dockside pizza, which was pretty good, the food was absolutely terrible! There was no ice at any of the drink stations. A lot of the icy drinks were broken. The park says you’re not allowed to bring drinks and food, but they never checked our bags. We brought frozen ice bottles. Next time I bring my own food. For me, it was worth the $100 bucks for the 3 15 minute shows. HOWEVER, the shows were way too short. The dolphin show was about 13 minutes. I give the show people talent a 2. The girl at the dolphin was annoying. She kept talking about herself. We just want to hear about the info about the animals, and see them perform! The food, drinks and merchandise were all overpriced. When will businesses like this learn that the lower you price the merchandise the more you will sell!! Do it for the animals. I’m not paying more than $20 for a T-shirt. LASTLY, there were two parades in the middle of the day that stopped everyone from getting to their reservations, or show, rides or exhibits. The temperature was near 100° and people could not get to where they were trying to go. It’s stupid to do parades at these parks just have an area where the little kids can go watch a show about all the Sea World characters. 75% of the park demographics are adults! Plus, I feel bad for those people who had to wear those stupid customs in nearly 100° heat! GET RID OF THE STUPID CHILDISH PARADES!!!! Check this off the bucket list, but never again!

I enjoy Seaworld but I don't get the lack of customer care. There are very little shades and fans and no misterz. I saw 2 people being hauled away from heat exhaustion. Other parks have shade fans and sisters why doesn't Seaworld?

Wonderful park with many funny rides of all types. Just strongly recommend. This was my first of unnumbered coming back times in the short future. The only detail is: never come when it’s 100 degrees of temperature. You won’t be able to enjoy as much as you would like. You’ll burn and your blood pressure will keep low, what doesn’t permit you to have the needed energy to do whatever you want.
