Lived in Orlando 32 yrs. Watched the changes for years. Moved away 5 yrs ago and came back for a visit, what a huge disappointment. Website for prepay didn't say anything about no longer accepting cash, nor did I see any signs at most shopping areas of being cashless. Shows have changed so much. I have always been a fan of Sea World, always had an annual pass, was there all the time... five years and so many changes, the park is definitely not what it used to be.

I really like the coasters here, but load/unload times for each cycle is long. Also, there can be a lot of ride delays, or shut downs. The layout of the park overall is confusing until you've been there a few times. Food is pricey for what you get. It's cool though that they charge only $2 for sea world cup refills. App displaying wait times for rides is usually inaccurate. Expect an extra 10-30+ minutes to app times.

Seaworld has gotten much better and I would even say that its better than Disney! Love Disney but magic kingdom is old and worn down now. Seaworld has clearly renovated. My only negative feedback is when going on the Manta it was sad to see those fish in that small tank. Some of the fish were actually swimming into the walls and could not go to the other side bc its blocked. Beautiful fish but tanks are just crowded and too small. Thus took away stars.

We went to Seaworld yesterday. There were 14 of us. The first family vacation in years with 3 generations. We picked Seaworld. We went straight to the flippers show that was to begin at 12:30. My father didn’t make it to watch the show, he started to feel ill and had a medical emergency. Maeelo responded and was very nice. He took my dad to the medical center and waited for his blood pressure to stabilize before driving my dad to his car. I drove everyone back to the resort as everyone was truly upset. I asked if possibly we could get some complimentary tickets so we could return. We were basically told good luck! Seaworld management… you need to be kinder to your customers! Yes. I understand it was nothing you did… but it would have gone a long way for a family that was so excited to make memories there.

Attractions were good. All day dining was limited. Customer service was horrible. The all day drink QR codes never scan right. Glad I went for my kids to experience it won't be planning a return trip.

Very long lines on the day we attended but we still enjoyed. Unfortunately the weather forced an early closure but customer service (Rob) assisted with our tickets to use another day

Food experiences could be better. Rita's Italian ice in the park is delicious. The humidity in Florida makes theme parks a hard experience. The thrill rides available at Sea World in Florida as opposed to San Diego is Amazing! They have several, stands where timeshare employees try to draw you in telling you you've won a prize (a bit annoying).
