Visited this afternoon started pouring raining immediately after entry went to guest service was told they don’t refund I’d have to walk and shop until the rain stops or come back the next day despite me living 11hrs away. Unable to visit shops due to other guest using it as shelter from the rain we visited a restaurant where the server rain my card multiple times locking my card I was than notified bye my bank that I was charged multiple times.unable to ride any rides or see any animals or events due to the inclement weather the park refused to refund me only offering me to right down my complaint as my kids and I sat in the rain in the park for a total of 2 hours max most at guest service I paid 316$ for my experience.

Seaworld Orlando has fun rides and carried and as fair as I can tell have gotten better with animal care HOWEVER! There several workers who will YELL in customers face. Saying Stuff like "GET OUT OF MY FACE." To customers. Also another key point is the park often DOESN'T have ramps on some rides. LASTLY they offer ADA technically but a few of the employees will IGNORE it and give an ATTITUDE if you QUESTION them. OVERALL most of this park is fun and great but these few employees make you question what happend to giving customers BASIC RESPECT. If you want a good customer experience and fun rides. Go for universal parks Disney However if you only care about good rides and don't care about Disrespectful then ask these employees for directions and after a bit you'll find a great example of viral video of employees DISRESPECTING customers you know the ones giving there pay checks

Wonderful ! A must visit place if you are a tourist or even local , soooo much to do , soooo much to discover, and amazing rides , great for allllll ages , very nice long walks , splash pad is such fun so consider taking swimsuits for the kids , some rides you will get wet splashed , do not miss the shows : orca killer whale , dolphins , sea lion , and sharks aquariums. Food was not bad , just fine nothing fancy or wow yummy, it does the purpose of keeping you going and the deals are great in getting all free refills for the drink , so entertaining and joyful experience ,

It was a great experience with my grandchildren first trip. It is much easier to buy tickets in advance. The lines were not as long as I expected. Even with the lines they moved quickly.

Could be so much better they need to update some things like their website and food lines. It shouldn’t take over an hour to print /get my ticket as an annual pass holder because app isn’t working correctly. Food service lines delayed because of people mainly. Need to have signs that say know what u want to order and have payment ready. Also app should allow me to use my all day dinning to expedite the line wait: know the food items available are 4-5 per location or hey need to be more efficient in getting people through lines. All day dinning allows usage every 90 mins. Going through the food line takes about 60 mins so once finished eating it’s time to get in line again if u want to use it. But would take another 60 mins so the time line never works 🫠. For kids and families if u go to the Sesame street area it’s going to work great for kids 4-8ish. Rides are just like most amusement parks it takes 1-2 hrs wait time to ride. But it’s fun going to some of the animals exhibits like sea lions, sharks, and the shows. They just need to make things simpler for people.

They don’t offer free cups of water or complimentary cups to drink, it was 89 degrees out and the only water to get a cup of water was to purchase it for 4 dollars.

I had a really great day at SeaWorld. The park is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is cozy, and the attractions are fantastic. You can tell they’ve paid a lot of attention to detail—from the food to the shows, everything is perfect, and it feels like a pleasant place to walk around. The vibe is cheerful, and the staff is friendly. But… I’m still left with mixed feelings. The shows with the dolphins and other marine animals are impressive to watch—it’s amazing what they can do, and it seems like the animals are participating with joy. But at the same time, I also wonder: how are they actually trained? What happens behind the scenes? Do they get enough space? Are they truly happy? Because even though it looks fun, it’s still unnatural that such smart animals have to live in tanks and perform tricks for an audience. We don’t know exactly what goes on behind the scenes, but I’m curious. And honestly… it just doesn’t feel quite right. So yes, I had a fantastic day, and the park itself is definitely worth a visit. But I do hope that even more attention will be paid to the animals’ welfare in the future. Because they truly deserve it. I also found it a shame that the restrooms were very dirty, and some faucets simply didn’t work. Not that that’s the biggest problem, but it does take away from the pleasant atmosphere a bit. Especially on a hot day, when you just want to freshen up. You might be wondering: “Why only two stars if you had a great day?” Well, that’s exactly why. The park itself is nice, and most of the staff were super friendly. But I gave it two stars because I don’t feel comfortable with the animal section, and I don’t want to advertise something I don’t like. The dolphin shows stuck with me... but not in a positive way.

Workers pick and choose to bother you about drinks. Forced to buy a locker for every ride when the rides inside have cubes to hold your things . Better parks than this just feels like a scam for everything in here. One of the orcas had a ripped fin as well

Amazing experience so many fun awesome rides and the best one is mako u definitely have to go on there it's extremely exciting
