If you buy an online ticket, you must change it at the ticket window. This does not make sense because all other parks in Orlando don’t require this. But this one rally wants you and all your kids to go to the place under the stronger sun to change this ticket.

This park is severely understaffed and it shows in every way possible. The bathrooms hardly had any soap (I went to several throughout the park) and the sinks would barely work. Throughout the park you will get random whiffs of dumpster smell. You can take a look around and see just how gross and disgusting everything is. Most rides have no groupers so it’s a free for all when you are about to get on the ride on the platform. Every team member I came across was very nice, so I personally don’t have any complaints here. The rides themselves are fun once you’re actually on them (again, a chaotic mess leading up to that). Food is average but can’t imagine it’s a clean environment if everything else is dirty. Freestyle coke machines are so far apart that when you do finally get to one, there are herds of people also waiting in line to refill (about half of the refills I had, the machines did not have ice in them). I can only hope that the money they aren’t using on staffing is at least spent on the animals, but probably too much to hope for. I appreciate that seaworld rehabilitates animals that need it, but for the ones who don’t, they deserve so much better in their natural habitats. As a floridian used to theme parks, this park is BOTTOM TIER in every way.

The 1 star is for how the staff helped me process that the lack of respect from the guests is everywhere and expected. I literally had to exit our wait due to the staff allowing guests to just blatantly cut in line. The cowardly guests that wouldn't speak up is also really sad. The staff is handcuffed here. That is not acceptable. But, now that I have been able to process and think, it is clear that SeaWorld has zero incentive to fix this issue as their 'solution' is to have the guests PAY for a fast pass/Quick que or whatever you want to call it. This increases their revenue. So, with that said yes pay now double for your tickets folks..... I am now going to recommend to "everyone" to go to any higher tiered theme park if you're going to pay 200.00 plus for a single day ticket as I would have had to, but didnt. At least the caliber of the park will be higher. Remember, it's your money people, you are the customer. I am very disappointed in the state of the day to day operations of this theme park and can not recommend it as you get more rides and experiences with Disney or Universal.

Place looked so run down. It was busy, but no reason for it to be so dirty. Trash overflowing everywhere. More than one staff member had RBF. Hard to get even water. Ended up just refilling our water bottle in the bathroom to have water. Came to go to a show at the Nautilus, but no concessions nearby. It was hot and they gave guests a hard time about leaving to get refreshments. They need someone selling water, beer, soda etc at the concert venue. I have had passes at both Orlando and San Antonio Parks, but we see no reason to ever return. It was just kinda gross

Since I did a negative review with Doubletree SeaWorld resort, I must say SeaWorld you made up for our visit with a positive review because my family and I loved the park and we did the night disco and fireworks show was amazing. Only thing I wished was better food service, it took forever to get food and it seemed that food places were limited. But we made it work. My favorite part was the Orca show.

This ended up being one of the best days when we were in Florida. We got there early and stayed late. Several good shows and they had a meal deal. We could eat all day.

Seriously, worst experience ever. Dirty, stores out of stock, and we were some of the first ones there. Inconsistent rules on regulations regarding bags and shoes. Paper tickets for quick queue, quick queues sometimes requiring IDs although you’re not supposed to have your bag with you. Never going again.

As a SeaWorld pass holder, I’m extremely disappointed. My family and I were completely ignored and disrespected at Sea Fire grill by employee at the bar .When I spoke to a manager named Robert, he showed no concern at all. The service was unprofessional and ruined our evening. SeaWorld should be better than this.

We have gone several times in the past 5 years, and have once held season tickets. Today we went with family and We were so disappointed. The last time we went they had issues with keeping up with ice and drinks for people and again today during a heat advisory... Every time we turned around a ride was breaking down despite waiting for an hour or more at times. The splash pad was broke down, infinity falls was broke down, I witnessed someone having a heat stroke in a store and the associate was more concerned with a refund than the person whom needed medical attention... I had my family member go get our fan to put on the lady. Then as we are walking it smelled so strongly of pot it wasnt even funny. The guy was in front of 2 employees just smoking it up and nothing was said to this guy. I was so disappointed. When I addressed my concerns at guest services it was said that they have to be careful with how they address stuff because of reasons I won't say.
