It was all good until one of the ride has issues and we are stopped at end of the ride and 4 more of the same rides all stopped at the end and they didnt let us out for a while. I suggest them to let us know what is happening and how long it will take to let us out of the ride. There were staffs ignoring everyone who asked what is happening. Some technical team came and let us out. They gave us small water bottle for this inconvenience and no one said anything to the riders. There was issue on another ride but they were more responsible to let us know that they is gonna be some delay and it will be resolved soon The food prices are high to make you get the all day dining deal ( it includes one drink every 90mins when you go to buy a meal) and this one doesnt include all day drinks. You have to buy all day drinks separately. Even though the all day dining deal is a lot of money buy it so you wont have to spend $100s of dollar for a 4 person meal single time. They have parent swap options when you have little ones but multiple times they ran out and said they cant give one and you need to stand in the long line again. Wish the staff are more prepared for it. The sesame street is extremely loud so if you have kid who cant tolerate that sound please avoid it. Cant find a lot of baby nursing stations. They are not maintained clean as well.

Mostly a pretty nice experience. A pretty constant stream of asking you for more money (with a few weird ones, like one ride outright requiring you to rent a locker for like $20 if you want to ride the ride -- so one of us just skipped the ride and hung onto all of our hats and things), but most rides weren't like that and my son will probably remember the Orca show for years. The Cirque show was pretty fun too.

I did not appreciate having to purchase a 14 dollar an hour locker, and then getting to the end of penguin trek only to find out there was a personal item storage, I was forced to by the way

I loved the shows, the rides were amazing. However, it is ridiculously priced. They charge 5% tax on all debit transactions- and you’re not allowed to use cash! We spent 45 dollars on cups to drink all day in (which we were fine with) but there was no where to even re fill them. We went to chick fil a to eat… it was 37 dollars for 2 chicken sandwiches and an 8 count chicken nugget. WITH NO FRIES. I just simply don’t think there is a reason for things to be that overpriced when it isn’t cheap to even get in there. I’m not asking for cheap as I know it’s in Orlando… but reasonable would be great.

The all you can dine was a terrible experience, they need to be more descriptive on what you can get on the pass. They waste a lot of food by people not knowing what they could get on the pass. The app did not update when rides were down. The penguin trek was down and I had bought a pass to skip the line to ride for an extra 30 bucks. When I asked why it was done they guy said they didn't have enough employees to run it.. I came from out of town to waste my time and money....should hav went to universal..

I absolutely love the value I get from being a passholder. Each month we recieve new member perks, as well as we are able to go to all the parks in the country with the platinum membership. SeaWorld has one employee that has already gone above and beyond to help us have an excellent visit. Her name is Sarah, and she works in the gift shop. Their customer service is unmatched. Tons of things to do in all the parks for the whole family. The only down side is on occasion a ride or two may be down. But having the passes makes up for that since we can visit often. Hopefully that doesn't happen at the other parks nationwide as we plan to visit the other parks. Overall, love SeaWorld and Busch Gardens! Makes being a central Florida resident worthwhile!
