We were at Sea world today, we ate at the Lakeside Grill, the picture outside looked delicious, what we got was a disgusting burger, uncooked bacon & a burger that looked like it had been sitting around for a while...we paid the price when we got home, both of us had diarrhea. At $98 for 2hamburgers, fries & a children's meal & 2 cokes.. No complaints if it had been good.

Worst park ever. The staff is extremely rude it feels like a bunch of moody teenagers hired last-minute for a summer job. No training, no kindness. The lines are insanely long, and everything absolutely EVERYTHING costs extra: lockers even some attractions. You pay a high price to get in and then keep getting charged for everything inside. Totally disappointing from start to finish. Never again.

I have been coming here since the 90’s and this place has seriously deteriorated. Half the rides down the last couple of times we have been with no reason as to why. The predicted wait times are not worth looking at. Went on a ride that said 35 mins, it was actually 1 hour 45 mins. Too busy letting on those who paid even more money to get fast pass so my advise if you are coming is t fork out even more money and get a fast pass. At least you will get a go on more than a 90 second ride in 2 hours. It’s a shame because if they focused on those that have been loyal over the years and have had great times rather than trying to get money for fast passes (and actually opened rides) then they would continue to keep loyalty but for us, this will be the last time we come. Disappointing.

Tudo isso pq nao tem funcionários para fazer o controle.
