SeaWorld has definitely declined over the years, used to love coming here, this visit though staff all sullen and no smiles , 80% of all the kiosks , drink & food outlets all closed and only half open at 1pm , charge a fortune now just to feed fish to the rays and dolphins, all drinks and food 50% dearer than any Disney or universal park , only bright point was the sesame street parade,albeit it was only over 50 yards , but the performers where actually smiling and in 38°c heat so fair play to them , most main rides not open until 10.00 or later , very poor from SeaWorld and won't be visiting on our next trip to Orlando and we still have 20 days left of this one to go as well .

This park was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming — it felt like we were a burden just for being there. No one seemed happy to help or even capable of offering basic customer service. The entire park is extremely disorganized, with long lines, poor communication, and zero crowd control. What made it worse was how poorly they handled guests who need accommodations. If you or someone in your group has difficulty standing in long lines or needs special assistance, good luck. The process is confusing, frustrating, and frankly, humiliating. It’s clear that accessibility is not a priority for them. To put things in perspective, stroller rental at Disney is $109 for 4 days — yes, it’s pricier, but you get organization, kindness, and a smooth experience. Meanwhile, this park charges only $50 but doesn’t come close to delivering decent service. Even waters are more expensive here, adding insult to injury. After this experience, I can confidently say we will never go back. Yes, Disney costs more — but they actually know how to run a park. Their cast members are friendly, helpful, and trained to provide an inclusive, welcoming experience for all guests. You get what you pay for, and in this case, this park wasn’t worth a dime. Save your money and go somewhere that understands hospitality.

I used to go here all of the time in the 90s then finally returned this week and it looks a lot different. The Roller coasters looked fun but couldn't go on them because they closed the rides for a storm that was 3 hours away.

Horrible treatment by man in the entrance today August 7 11:30 am. Rudest staff in the whole world ,treated my family like garbage and condescending staff at the security check was also very rude. Last time we'll visit. He probably saw that we were from another country and just lashed out cause other people were doing the same and he didn't care for the others. He was a man of color , 50's 60's blueish shirt, white beard, sunglasses. Horrible human being
