Park was run down, and bathrooms are dirty. Food lines are super unorganized and take forever.

Very poorly organized , terrible service, dusty places, horrible dirty bathrooms, not worth a penny of the price, the worst food I have ever tried in every aspect, I would not recommend it to anyone.

3 stars seems fair. I’d understand 2 stars as well. Animals are super cool. Mako and other coasters are fun. Wait times are worsened by lack of employees organizing coaster seats. It seems every employee not working with animals hates their job and they are sure to pass that negativity onto the customers.

orcas don’t belong there and they do not have enough living space. this same company supports a business that kills dolphins that don’t get sold to large corporations like sea world. better to not support this place

We bought an all day dining pass. They have us a kids one by mistake. Didn't catch it at the first restaurant. Went to the second location and they would only give us chicken nuggets. Stood in line for over an hour to get the situation handled and the would not refund so they have us a pass to use at Sea World or Aquatica. So we ended up staying an extra day to do Aquatica. Good luck getting food there we were able to get food one time because of enormous lines and this was an all day dining pass. As a Season Pass Holder I'll never buy the all day dining until they improve the food locations so that all day dining can have a place to go separate from the regular paying public or give us a different line like the do the quick que! Not happy with how they handled it!!!!

Nice park, good amount to see and do, but it opens at 9 yet can't get on rides until 11am. Everything is cashless and they don't really tell you this anywhere... Couple of very small signs at some of the registers. So if needed you have to find a cash to card kiosk. And every time you swipe there is surcharge. At 617pm announcement made that park was closing for weather at 630, yet gift shops conveniently stay open. They gave us replacement tickets... But only good for 7 days. Most people can't reschedule that quick.
