The overall experience is great. The all day dining option can be very confusing and the places that don't participate don't tell you until you go to checkout that they don't participate in the meal plan. It's a great place and the exhibits and shows are amazing. Mako is one of the best rollercoasters around. But the experience can be a bit confusing due to a lack of clear guidance with the amenities.

We had an ok day at Seaworld, it’s nowhere near as polished as Universal/Disney. We purchased the all day dine plan for 2 adults (reduced price was just under 100 dollars) this fed our family of four all day easily, the food was adequate ( not all outlets or options are included disappointingly) There are some fabulous coasters, I mean really good , and the wait times were pretty good, but the lines are a bit of a free for all, there aren’t many staff about. If you have a backpack, maybe 2 if your a family be prepared to pay over 30 dollars for lockers, an absolute disgrace to charge for this in my opinion. Perhaps you’d like to go up the tower, who wouldn’t? It iconic. 24 dollars extra for a family of four! I absolutely felt totally ripped off here, so much so, that I wouldn’t visit again even though we have tickets to visit again. It’s such a shame, but it just feels like they are really extracting the maximum amount of cash out of you, as opposed to creating a great environment to enjoy yourself . The shows were ok, and that’s what people generally go for, little kids will love them.

It's a shitty place i would never go back again. Everything charges extra in that park!!! The lockers charge extra! I bought the Fast Queue tag Unlimited, but could not use it for all rides. The penguin trek did not allow me to take the fast queue. A lot of other rides did not check the tag at all, so many people without tag could easily get in! That's an insult for people who purchased the tag! The app did not work at all, so you cannot find locations and scheduled events. It seems the app problems exist for a long time, since the service men suggested we take a photo of the map physically.

Steadily declined over the years, rides are understaffed and employees seem miserable. Wont be wasting my money there again!

Nice little break from the other parks. Used it as a teachable day for my daughter as in about the capture and exploitation of animals.

Rides are great, attractions are great however prior to riding every ride, the park employees and attendants try to force you to place small backpacks, drawstring bags or similar-sized items into nearby lockers which cost $5 per 2 hour increments! Complete sham! DO BETTER SEA WORLD! DO BETTER!

I will not let anyone silenced me because I wrote the truth and I want all my former coworkers to have the best first aid assistance than a nasty experience. I give a one star for First Aid at SeaWorld because you might be consider a liar to their eyes before you get any help from these "medical staff". I didn't want to do workers comp because it was suggested by a kind hearted person named Tiffany who suggested to filed it under worker comp. I was touched by a male guest at SeaWorld because he tried to prevented me from bumping into a kid at my job resulting an allergic reaction to my right elbow and right back knee from his off looking cane. I repeated this to Tiffany, Adrian, another gentleman who's also in charge, and the another team member. The only person who doesn't believe me was Adrian and he had gaslighted me into thinking I have a rash and then MRSA. I already knew I have sensitive skin and always hive up to the point of no return with swelling welts on my skin. Instead of being sympathetic, Adrian tried to convince me that I have MRSA and it's a rash, two different medical ailments, and I wondering why this man is being so discriminatory against me. I don't felt seen and it's worst talking to him about anything else because he was dead set what he "knows" about me instead of taking accountability for his words and apologies for what he misdiagnosed me. I have my claimed investigated of the event that happened to me at work and I noticed my points was low so I thought my manager makes a mistake for my low points. I learned that I called in and used the other line for worker comp that I spoke to David at First Aid. I would not know that calling from this hotline can cause me so much headache, a back and forth between my manager and First Aid, and refusal to cooperate professionally. Adrian D'souza, not only discriminated me, but using a fear to his teammates that he doesn't like to be bothered with ambassadors like myself, I'm African Puerto Rican. I don't see the reason for my manager to call First Aid on which the lady at the reception suggested me to do for my manager to told me that I need to talk to them. It ridiculously unnecessary and it wasted both my manager and my own time. The reason why my manager was involved is because we needed to know who I spoke to on Sunday December 15. The receptionist and David said I need to email Adrian and that doesn't do anything at all because he said that my work comp was denied. I didn't care for worker compensation because I knew I was denied. I do want my points properly corrected and this coward of a man, as I was talking to his teammate David to speak to him, he refused to be on the phone to talk to me and gaslighted me again that it was rash/MRSA. I did let HR Kiara and manager Sarah know what transpired because it was exhausting with this spiteful discriminated man that suppose to help people with their ailments and injuries. My biggest concern is why the head company of SeaWorld allowed this man to work with SeaWorld with such a pessimistic outlook on people with my skin color? I refused to be helped by First Aid whenever I get injured, develop hives, or being sick.
