Tom the Mime is an absolute national treasure! While visiting the park, learning about some amazing animals, going on a FEW decent rides (Journey to Atlantis was the best), Tom brought extra smiles and light to everyone who was there. I hope he lives forever. Seaworld better build this guy a statue if he ever decides to retire!

Currently here for the first time and it is VERY disappointing!!! 8/15/25. The ride workers do not care and are not filling seats. There is no system to loading apparently. This is just crazy to leave rows empty when there are people who could have gotten on.

It' an ok park. Animals do seem well cared for and the theming and design is good. Food and drink are expensive but that's to be expected. Inclement weather is always an issue, they close rides at the earliest opportunity as soon as there is any lightning within 10 miles which is pretty much every afternoon after 1500, there is no recompense for this. Huge issue is the queue times. No problem with queueing but the Seaworld App is completely useless, the queue times on it are 100% inaccurate so you have no idea how long you will be waiting. This is not how an App should work as there will be many times non- riders are left waiting for significantly longer than expected.

One of the worst theme park experiences we’ve ever had – please read before you go. We visited SeaWorld Orlando at the end of June with friends and kids. Shortly after entering the park, a severe storm hit with strong winds and heavy rain. We couldn’t enjoy a single ride before being forced to leave the park. At the Customer Center inside the park, we asked for a refund. The staff told us they couldn’t process it on site but gave us an email address, promising that our refund request would be handled if we contacted them. We followed their instructions and sent the email right after we got home. Now, more than six weeks later, our email has gone completely unanswered — no reply, no update, nothing. We paid full price, got zero experience, and left with a group of very disappointed and upset kids. To make matters worse, we even saw people smoking inside the park, which was shocking for a family-oriented place. This kind of management and customer service is unacceptable. As of today, still no response. Never coming back — future visitors, be warned!

The park was clean and our family had a fun time there! My daughter loved all of the roller coasters, and we rode them repeatedly! We did observe that the ride would go with less than full capacity, which never happens at Disney. The staff was kind and let us ride repeatedly, but the lines would’ve been shorter. Had they tried overall we had a fun day!
